11.50!! Taxx. Robbery really. Ive had larger better smoothies with much more protein more ingredients more fruits from smoothie king or tropical smoothie and ive never ever paid this much. 1150 is ridiculous, i know I’ll never buy one from here again.

Visited this shop 06/13/25 around 8:45 pm.
I requested to order a sorbet.
The lady staff rudely and instantly said that I cannot order a smoothie. I said, I am not ordering a smoothie, I just want an ice cream/sorbet. She just ignored me and I have to point to her the item I want to order so she can give it to me. When I am about to pay, I advised her that next time, you should be more polite to your customer and to listen attentively to what they’re ordering or explain the menu to them instead of giving a nasty attitude right away. She said that I should be the one to be polite to her. I asked for the manager and she said there is no manager. I asked for her name, and she said she will not give it and she “does not care”. No apologies or explanation given.

I had such a great experience at this store! I love Häagen-Dazs ice cream, and they had so many flavors I wanted to try. The girl who helped me was very patient and gave me samples of all the ones I wanted. I ended up getting a caramel cone milkshake, and she made it extra thick, which I really appreciated. This was the best milkshake I’ve ever had! I also had a chocolate chip cookie. She offered to warm it up and it was delicious. Buying ice cream at the store is a totally different experience from just having it at home!

The worst organization! More than 20 minutes waiting to get an ice cream and I never got it! There is no line to follow, the girls call next and people that just got there jump in front of you, because there is no line!! And the girls they do not know what are they doing!!

Solid spot for good-quality ice cream. The flavors are rich, and the texture is smooth and creamy. Irish cream brownie and Dulce de Leche are worth trying. The staff is polite and efficient, and the place is clean and convenient for a quick break from shopping. Don’t leave the mall before stopping by!

I felt very well taken care of at the Citrus Park Mall ice cream parlor of Haagen Dazs. The employees are very friendly. This is the best ice cream I have ever tried. They make spectacular milkshakes.

I go to this location twice a week and get the same kiddie scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone. I always leave a tip because the staff is generally friendly. On this particular day, 1/26/22 at 3:30pm an employee with brown hair & glasses was on the phone when I walked up. I said “Hello” so she could see I was there, then I ordered my usually kiddie cone. I told her it’s usually $5.11 so here’s the amount – plus a tip. She told me to wait because that’s not the price then she charged me nearly $7 for a kids scoop of ice cream. I understand the waffle cone is more but her dismissive demeanor and tone is why I’m writing this review. The price was new to me but fine. I just think they should continue hiring friendlier employees.
