Wow! My friend told me about this place over a year ago, but they had closed. Well, they are RE-opened (same owner) & the food is as AMAZING as she described! We will be regulars now. We got the onion rings as an appetizer — it was big enough for 4 people. My husband had the sampler. His favorites were the fried oysters & crab cake. He said the sweet tea would rot your teeth (which means it was PERFECT). I had blackened catfish fillet which was superb! The vegetables of the day were squash & zucchini, which was yummy. There was no wait (but we did an early dinner) & the service was great too.

I was very happy to see the restaurant reopen. The staff and atmosphere is great. The Rockefeller oyster appetizer needs some improvement, especially for that price. Otherwise it was fine, maybe just selected the wrong item. Definitely support the owner and staff!

We had the BEST time! The atmosphere, service, and food was amazing! They accommodated a party of 8. The server was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the menu…and all of us really enjoyed the food! The only tough part was picking which dish to try- they all looked yummy! My grilled shrimp basket (with bang bang sauce) was sooo good! We will definitely come back!

It’s a very nice restaurant in Jasper! The interior is very welcoming and has a nice seafood feel to it. The service was just perfect for us. Our server took great care of us. He just seemed to show up perfectly when we needed him.
As for the food, the prices were decent, and the food selections were nice. It’s a nice menu for most families dining out. We enjoyed our meals, I liked the scallops and shrimp.
The keylime pies was good, maybe not the best I have tasted, but still very good. I used to live in Key West and visit there every year, so I end up trying Key Lime pie from many places.
I have to say the Last Catch is a definite must try if you are in the area!

She crab soup is the best anywhere. I pick up bowls to go regularly. I’d pay for the recipe. Appetizers are all generous and delicious. Try the oysters Rockefeller and the crab dip. You can’t go wrong anywhere on the menu. Prices are fair on everything.

This place is a hidden gem! First time here and it was absolutely outstanding. All the wait staff were very friendly and smiling. Our server Mason was great. He answered all my questions and recommended items on the menu. They were packed when we arrived, so we decided to sit on the patio. The food took a little bit to come out, but we were brought out another complementary crab dip with crackers. This crab dip was amazing and is worth going just for that. We had fried fish tacos, panko crusted grouper sandwich, and kids popcorn shrimp. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back and we HIGHLY recommend trying this place out.

This was our first visit to Last Catch in Jasper. It was delicious and we enjoyed our dinner. The tacos were huge and the fried fish was very good. We enjoyed the hushpuppies too. Nice seafood diner atmosphere. Order the key lime pie for dessert, yummy!

We were there yesterday for our Thanksgiving family meal. The server was very attentive. The food was OK but the portions of the seafood were very small for the prices. When we finished our meal we paid and were visiting and someone (not our waitress) came over and ask us to leave and go outside to visit, she claimed the line was out the door. There were empty tables and no line. Just rude
