The fries served were absorbing the oil too much. Poss not hot enough. The first order was nasty, so I returned. The staff replaced. The replaced newly fried fries were still showing signs of being incorrectly fried. I was done with my burgers, so we left. The burgers were good.

One phrase came to mind on my recent trip for a late night snack. OK Wendys, “Where’s the Beef?” ( man I miss those commercials. )
Anyway… I don’t mind that the SON of baconator is small. I order it because it’s small.. I think 3 bucks for it is a fair enough price. But 13$ for the combo. Shaking my head. I had planned to go to mc Donald’s but the line was around the building .I didn’t want to sit in that at 1145 at night. I stumbled across this wendys up the street and immediately started craving my favorite fast food burger. After placing my order in the drive through I heard the total and I immediately wanted to cancel. But I’m hungry and the lady seemed nice so I begrudgingly handed over my hard earned money. Iwas asked to pull ahead but within hyatt a minute or two my food was delivered. The second I grabbed the burger from the bag I regretted spending so much. The Luke warm fries only added to my disappointment. The cashier returned quickly with my Mayo that she had remembered as she was handing me my back and she returned inside to retrieve some. Thank you so much for not forgetting!!! The flavor of the burger did not disappoint and my raspberry tea was delicious.

Went here only once and got something else I didn’t order. In fact they didn’t speak any English at all..After they double charged me , I went back and I had to yell at the manager Maria something, she investigated.
They finally refunded my order, blamed the POS system. Well, you knew when I brought food all the way back its not a second order. Theft.
2 years later., why not … ordered one item. Chili..got a bowl of beans in tomato soup.
Im done.

Had a horrible stomach ache from the #1 combo with small frostie, my fault for eating processed junk food but still… throw in the inflation which made it 14 dollars to get the stomach ache and you have a 2 to 3 star meal.

Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru and the lady wasn’t paying attention..we ordered jr.bacon cheeseburger well done and 4 pc nuggets regular with Coca Cola the biggie bag and my boyfriend ordered the crispy chicken biggie bag with regular nuggets and a sweet tea..
My boyfriend ordered was wrong the sweet tea was old and tasted horrible and the nuggets were spicy instead of regular chicken nuggets..
Do better in taking the orders and next time change the sweet tea it’s nasty
