Been inside only once, but the servers at the window are always very friendly and helpful. The food we’ve gotten (mainly breakfast), has never disappointed. And the drinks are as described. Some more flavorful than others, but a nice treat.

I’d like to review the staff of this established location. Based on their work ethic and pettiness. I went to pick up a order that my mother ordered tonight. I got my drinks only to find that my VT matcha crème frappe (w/ holiday signature strawberry puree) wasn’t completely made and was extremely lacking its signature strawberry puree swirl. I called starbucks a few minutes later when i arrived home with my concerns for the lack of strawberry which is to at least have its festive look: Equal amounts of red and green that is commercialized off of the “secret menu”. I quote from the supervisor and from one of the employees at the register saying to return the drink the next day, because we couldn’t go back that night. Considering how much one person spends on a drink, the expectations are high. How petty is it on their part to expect for me to return the drink the next day if its going to be watered down. I took a picture of a green drink with only 1 speck of red. I’d rather drive to fowler or kingsburg than to go to the selma location again. Expectations should meet the reality. Learn from it because you are losing a lot of customers.

Very slow paced and unorganized workers. Waited 23 mins for my drink (payed on my app so I checked the time I placed my order) 1. venti pecan oatmilk latte & 1. cake pop. I can’t believed how long the took. I’ve been to many locations and have never waited that long! They were only taking care of drive thru but were lacking the service inside.

Yo I called twice to ask about Pumpkin. First time the girl answering the phone hangs up immediately after hearing me ask. I call back thinking we got disconnected, ask again and she just said no and hangs up right away. No sympathy at all! My wife got mad at me and beat me as soon as the call ended. Thanks Starbucks

Waited for a while for someone to to the register to take our order then waited over 12 min for one venti mocha which never came out before I had to ask how much longer for my venti mocha response was oh I’ll work on it next. Looks like they completely forgot about it. The cup was off to the side and they were only taking care of the drive thru. Customer service here definitely lacked big time.
