We were just getting a little for our snack and for our 2 dogs. They gave us dog treats and the burgers were fresh and hot. Always nice people here and very fast service.

Seriously the bar is pretty low here it is McDonald’s. But I think this store took that bar dug a hole and buried it deep!! God forbid you ask them to deviate from their norm. They will not can not and have an innate ability to NEVER get it right even though the grill slip is in black and white what you asked for. Then if you order ahead on the app so you can just drive up n get it n go? Yeah no you ordered it 15 min ago and they ask you to park until it’s ready. What the hell is the point!!!?????? Then that sub par bar that’s so low ? Yeah they found a way to not only make you wait but they also give you soggy hash browns and biscuits that are so old and stale I can’t even bite it. I doubt a piranha could even bite this thing. So quality is non-existent here. Take the extra 15 min and drive into Manhattan.

I’ve been here many times thinking it’ll get better but it doesn’t matter if I do drive through or go inside it sucks every time. They have this lady that sounds like you’re a bother the second you roll up to the drive through. And they always either get something wrong or just forget to give it to you. Went here for lunch at 2 pm so they weren’t busy. Ordered my burger with just ketchup and mustard, but when I opened it there little pieces of onions scattered inside the wrapper and a few on my burger. It looked like they put it on and then scraped it off when they realized I didn’t order that. Very annoying and didn’t have time to go back and have it remade on my lunch break.

I am not a picky eater. Will eat anything when I’m hungry. But I legit couldn’t eat the half pounder I got here. The patty was absolutely nasty, and I spat it out. Also depending on the day, they usually forget something you ordered, and/or napkins.
Only good foods they consistently have are chicken and fries. And the fish patties maybe. Will never order beef here again. Disgusting.

We decided to go in since their mobile order and curbside pick up signs were turned sideways.
The workers here are unhappy with their jobs and opportunities here (we over heard them speaking about this loudly to each other). I feel bad for them. Service wasn’t the best they kinda just tossed our food (we tried the new bakery items- Apple fritter and a blueberry muffin- they were good) on the counter.
Our drinks- caramel latte & a caramel frappe were yummy

The bad review was due to the employee (a young girl) who was working tonight and who was very rude and very aggressive. The food was ok but not good enough to deal with this kind of treatment.

Best chicken nuggets I’ve tasted, and wanna give a huge shout-out to Daniel, the manager, for covering my meal for me all because I forgot my wallet at home. Was so hungry when I’d left my house, haha. Thanks, Daniel! Will definitely be back! Fries were hot and fresh, too!

So I went threw drive threw , I ordered extra onions on burger ,I got none! My ice tea cup had a leak in bottom so I poured it into a glass only to find a brown murky mess. You should be able to see through the glass of iced tea from one side to the other even though it is a dark liquid this is clearly not iced tea or some kind of some nasty they should shut this place down. It doesn’t matter if you fix the outside in interior to look nice when the service still sucks. Cold food and the orders are never right and mystery beverages too!
