All the food is great! It is better quality than most McDonalds. The cookies are always warm.

I rarely go here but just the few times I’ve been here the service has consistently been atrocious. It takes entirely too long to order and receive your food if you’re lucky enough to even get your food. The only value fast food had was it was fast and cheap. It’s neither of those anymore and now the service is dismal. I hope this place closes. It has nothing to offer.

Stopped at this location for the first time to have a breakfast sandwich. I used the drive-thru to order a sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. The sandwich was quite good, but they did not include the requested packets of salt and pepper, and they provided no napkins. Although I’ve heard people praise McDonald’s coffee, I ordered a large decaf and found it pretty mediocre. UPDATE-1: My second visit went better. This time I received napkins and the requested salt and pepper. The breakfast sandwich was good but the coffee was still bland. They were busier this time, but the drive-through line moved quickly. UPDATE-2: Sausage , egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches are currently on sale at $5 for two. Also I’ve switched from their mediocre decaf coffee to a medium mango pineapple smoothie. UPDATE-3: The machine they use to make the mango pineapple smoothie has been broken for some time. Rather than ordering their watery decaf coffee, I’m now get a diet coke with my breakfast. UPDATE-4: They are once again able to provide smoothies. UPDATE-5: They’re popular in the morning, but they keep the drive-thru line moving. UPDATE-6: The two breakfast sandwiches for $5 deal is still on.

I stopped to grab some lunch after taking my dog to the vet. Going to grab nuggets out of the box and there is a sausage patty in there. Not sure why they’re still having breakfast items at 10:50 AM or why they’re putting it in a nugget box and giving it to the customers. Call and complained to the manager and ask her if her employees are stupid And she claims that they aren’t stupid so they probably did it intentionally I’m assuming. As a bad management is a bad employee who knows I’ve never seen a A sausage patty get mistaken for six chicken nuggets

Out of town visiting (Texas). Stopped by to try to bagel breakfast sandwich. What I really enjoyed was the sugar-free french vanilla option for the iced coffee ☕. That sure made it worth it. Back home when trying to order the sugar-free option, they always say. No we don’t have that.

I tell you what I didn’t like most about my visit, the managers attitude when I use promotional coupons that were legitimately given to me by family members who work for the owner. While standing in front of the register just after ordering, I could clearly hear the manager say “That guy really pisses me off!” To which I loudly replied “I do have ears! Excuse me, do you have a problem with me?” I repeated myself several times, but the coward behind the counter didn’t address me at all. Maybe it’s time for management to get a refresher course on public relations. If Grant, the owner, doesn’t want promotions to be honored, maybe they should think before they hand them out. If I were the owner, I might consider reading some of these legitimate comments, and maybe consider who I would have in charge of my business. I certainly wouldn’t pay employees $16/hour to insult my customers.

We purchased 3 big breakfasts back on 9/6 via the mobile app. The pancakes were hard and all of the hashbrowns were missing. I reached out through the app and received a boilerplate email with no further resolution. If you like missing and inedible food, this is the location for you.

Came here today. Disgusting. Drive through cashier sneeze on his hand and then ask for my card right after. The lady that gave me my food very very depressing. The nastiest attitude Apple don’t fall far from the tree because when I went to get my refund for the uneditable cheeseburger that I got, the manager had it even worse attitude. I don’t know what was more disgusting the burger or the manager’s attitude. I explained to her what I had ordered and the issue. She then looked inside the bag and said okay. You didn’t tell me what you got so. With the nasty is attitude. I had somebody on the phone on my Bluetooth. She didn’t know about it until the very end when I told the person to hold up. Even the person on the phone that I was with said that she has issues. It’s very bland. The restroom is disgusting. No toilet paper. Poop all over the room smells bad. The floors are full of random stuff, fries, ketchup, etc. Fall hazard. Trash cans are overfield. There’s a expose hot wire hanging from the front of their building. And they’re paying starting off at $16 an hour. Wow. Shaking my head. I don’t recommend buying food here, but if you need a job, they’re starting off at $16 an hour and you don’t have to. Have a nice attitude.
