I am very happy to come this place. The quality of meat, service are above average. My family has a great time today.

It was a cold day, so my family and I went out for hot pot. We had to wait a little, but the servers were very friendly and the food was delicious. I feel like my stomach is about to burst, but I’m happy.

We’ve been here twice. The food quality is consistently good and the meat is fresh, which we really enjoyed.

However, the service has been disappointing both times. On our first visit, we were removed from the waitlist without being asked because someone else had the same name. Although they were able to put us back on, we had to wait an extra 15 minutes.

The buffet portion system is also very confusing. When we order one portion, it comes in very small amounts that aren’t enough for the whole group. But if we order multiple portions, the staff delays bringing the meat and later brings a large amount at once, then comments that we can’t finish it. The experience feels inconsistent and awkward.

Overall, the good food and fresh meat are unfortunately overshadowed by the poor service and confusing portion management.

We came on a busy Saturday night and waited almost 2 hours just for a table. However, the waiting area had food provided. Such as golden buns with condensed milk, french fries, chicken nuggets, etc. I’d say the hotpot bases were on the lighter side, so they were refreshing and not super heavy. I ordered the all you can eat option, and for $30 dollars, I’d say it’s a great deal if you have a big appetite. So come hungry! I really like the shrimp paste and seaweed, so I recommend definitely ordering that. Despite everything, this is a great place to eat with family and friends, and I will be sure to come back.

Our waiter was very busy, bless his heart , it was only him managing like 8 tables at one time and he did a fantastic job. The meat was good quality. I did feel like he over explained how hot pot worked (We probably eat hotpot one to two times a month ) This is the bay area. It’s like not knowing about Italian Food in NYC . We got the all you can eat and we ate about 85% of our meat and because we didn’t want to waste our food, I asked for a to go container of the existing soup. He declined, adamantly saying that it negates the point of “all you can eat” which I understand but people do what they want, and he definitely could’ve given us a to go container for that literal 1 cup of soup if he wanted to . We always get it to go so that was a weird declination (because they’re just going to throw it away anyway). We still tipped 20%, I think it was to overcompensate because I didn’t want him to think we wanted anything for free after his adamant declination I’m giving the service and restaurant 4 stars solely on my acknowledgement of his efforts to operate an entire restaurant by himself. Pretty impressive.

If you haven’t been here, you should definitely try it!
We are family of 4. They take reservations only for party of 8 plus. We went during odd hours on a weekday to avoid crowd.
Ordered best of both worlds. Liked the spicy broth . It was flavourful and spicy. Wouldn’t suggest if you can’t take spicy food. Other broth was mild and was perfect for kids. It was a bit salty. We ordered custard buns for dessert. It wasn’t the best. Overall we loved our experience here!

We always look forward to a hot pot experience as it is so leisurely and something we enjoy doing together. The luncheon pork they served was so tender and flavorful but I wish they had a dipping sauce counter. This place offers a meager collection of dipping sauces and charge $0.50 per helping of dipping sauce. The broth was well-seasoned with the right balance of spicy elements. The servers were very attentive.

This place is great. However, just know that the all-you-can-eat portion size is noticeably smaller. Not a big deal, just be prepared for that. The first time I came here I ordered individually and received a large portion of fish when ordered. The single round of fish with the all-you-can-eat menu is in the picture. Overall, a fantastic experience every time I’ve been here.

Clean, new and fresh. The taste was amazing. The service was quick and timely. Make sure to get on wait-list on Yelp before driving. They also had more stuff on the sauce BAR. Extra $2.99 for the sauce BAR
