I ordered 4 Cheesy Dipping Burritos (2 steak, 2 chicken) with nacho cheese and creamy garlic sauces. My dad picked them up and when he got home, we only received the nacho cheese.

He really liked that sauce last time, so he drove back to get it. It was about 12:30 pm so the lobby was pretty full. He told them that we didn’t get the creamy garlic sauce. Instead of simply giving him the sauce, they argued with my 75 year old father in front of everyone stating that I had not ordered that sauce and only ordered nacho cheese. They finally conceded and gave him one. He asked for another and they gave him a hard time again saying again that I didn’t order it.

You can clearly see in the attached picture that I ordered both nacho cheese and creamy garlic. Based on how it is listed, I would get 3 of each, but only received nacho cheese.

My father felt incredibly embarrassed in a lobby full of people and that is not right. Even if I had only ordered nacho cheese, this wasn’t worth arguing about.

The kids at the midday to early evening drive up window are killing it, they get my order perfect, hot, well made and well packaged everytime, right down to the number of sauce packets I requested. And if you forget and pull in with a lit cigarette, they are all over it along with a brief reason why you can’t pull up with a lit cigarette!. My bad!. Anyway good crew and I appreciate that, I will drive out of my way during this time of day, cuz I know I can get my food correctly done here everytime

I’ve had multiple bad experiences here, but the most recent one is what actually inspired me to write this When we got our food, the entire bag was soaked in sauce. We went back they remade the order and everything was completely wrong and at that point, I’m not gonna go back a second time.

Consistent at giving the wrong food, 9 out of 10 times it’s the wrong order. We went in and ordered our food and waited as car after car got their orders. We finally had to tell them we need our order now or we will cancel after the twentieth car that came and went with their order. We got home and nothing in the bag is what we ordered. This site should be closed down.

I am currently sitting in line at this Taco Bell. I have been in line for 28 minutes after ordering my food online through the app. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would love for somebody to explain to me why it takes 30 minutes in a drive-through in a Taco Bell. And I still have two cars in front of me. If I was the owner of this franchise, I would be absolutely embarrassed by the performance of the Store.

Waited in line for about 40 minutes. The whole team did not seem to care about the line of cars spilling out the lot. When we finally received our food and got home we realized it was the WRONG ORDER! Like come on guys we’ve all worked fast food before, its not that hard. Telling your 30 week pregnant wife they forgot her tacos, thats hard.

Service felt very rushed despite the long drive-through wait. Soda was significantly underpoured and the girl working the window shut it mid-sentence.

UPDATE:
This restaurant has made a bit of progress. I have only returned via drive thru to this point but the employees are always friendly and the service is quicker than I remember. Food is cooked to order about 95% of the time. I have not had anything missing so far. *knock on wood*
Have not seen the lobby atmosphere, I’m too afraid to try after previous experience, but drive thru is getting it. Good turnaround overall.

I do not hold the employees accountable for this. They are just humans and humans are not perfect. The system in place is junk. Fast food restaurants used to be a fun place to grab a meal for the family. Ex. Taco Bell used to have the machines that collected nickles and if your nickle landed somewhere specific you could get a free cinnamon twist. Ptll. That ship sailed.
Originally planned on drive thru, waited 5-6 minutes in line before my baby spoke up about needing to pee. Decided to back out and park. Thought maybe running in might be faster. WRONG!

I went to grab 7 items tonight. 2 crunchy tacos, 2 bean burritos, a cheese quesadilla, a steak quesadilla, and a large drink. Quite the feast for myself and my 3 children. I had my 2 yr old daughter with me. She gets H-A-N-G-R-Y. We ordered our food at the highly impersonal “kiosk”. Not user friendly what so ever. Paid $19.93 or something close to that. Even rounded up to $20 for charity. Food ordered at 6:01 pm.
6:28 pm rolls by and my 2 yr old is getting mean. I wait in line another 5 minutes just to get an employee to hand me our drink cup at the least.
We wait patiently for another 5 minutes or so and finally get our order.
I get home (about 15 blocks) away just to find out that we were shorted: 1 bean burrito (the one I ordered with no onions or red sauce), and 1 of our quesadillas was missing the steak (thus we were given 2 cheese quesadillas though I paid for 1 cheese and 1 steak).

Taco Bell, I’m an accountant. I spent 9 hours crunching numbers today, so I don’t really feel like doing the math here, but I think I got ripped off. I’m kind of disappointed.

Other noteworthy observations:
Your lobby was a mess (tables uncleaned and trash on floor), women’s restroom was the same. Lobby was a little small for the number of guests piling in (must be those annoying self kiosk machines taking up half the lobby floor) and 2-3 peoples jobs). OH yeah.. our quesadillas didn’t even get cut! I couldn’t believe my eyes. I actually had to hunt down a pizza slicer in my mess of a kitchen. Oh and a handful of employees didn’t seem to be very friendly towards each other and all seemed confused on what their job was.

The food tastes about the same as it did 15 – 20 years ago.

Spent 20+ minutes in the drive through just to have half of my order forgotten. Spent another 30+ minutes standing in the lobby waiting for the rest while the other food got cold in the car. Just to get home and find multiple hairs in my food. In the 11 years I’ve lived here, this location NEVER fails to disappoint. Don’t waste your time and money.
