I went to this taco bell last night and ordered a gordita crunch which had a doughy tortilla and tasted un heated. They also forgot my cinnamon twists which came with my box order, gave me a watered down baja blast, and after i specifically put on my mobile order hot sauce and was confirmed at the speaker that I wanted HOT sauce they only gave me mild which was never requested. Honestly felt like I was being pranked with how bad my order was. I did go thirty minutes before close and I understand that that can be annoying as a worker but an establishment should not be open if they can not even serve a customer correctly. I am a tried and true taco bell lover and will not come back to this location again and want a refund.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could.. Felt like I was being rushed to order. Wasn’t even finished talking and the server tells me to pull up. Made my order wrong, and had a bad tone which felt like she had an attitude. I asked for cantina chicken and got steak and it was VERY sloppily made. I got TWO pieces of steak with barely any sauce on my chalupas.

I went there this past Tuesday around 9pm. I ordered on the app and there were only 2 people in the drive-thru line in front of me, so i figured it would be quick. I was wondering why the wait was taking so long and then realized there was a school bus parked in the far side lot. Patience ensued bc I know how improtant it is for the kiddos to get their Bell.
When I got to the window, I encountered a gal named Kareema(may be spelled wrong) who was quite possibly the NICEST fast food employee I have ever met~and I’m 51yrs old. She apologized for the eaot, offered a free beverage for the trouble, and accommodated my couple extra requests. The best part is that she seemed incredibly genuine, not just touting a rehearsed apology. The words and smile behind them were refreshing!

This place is an absolute joke. We ordered two $7 boxes chalupa the food was cold it was disgusting the chalupa was overcooked and burned, our burritos barely had any and I mean any meat or beans in them. I would not recommend eating at this Taco Bell it is disgusting

Order accuracy here is generally better than most places. Food is always hot or at least well within eating warmth. Staff is also super friendly and great to chat with!

They told DoorDash my order was ready for pickup at 3:51 at 3:58 they said no it’s not I said how long they said 5 minutes I said ok I will go pickup my Starbucks because they lied and I don’t want my coffee cold
I came back 8 min later they were serving drive thru and not my order. At 4:20 I contacted DoorDash to let them know I need to get home and my order still isn’t being done they say they are too busy… I let them know if they wouldn’t have said in the app the order was ready I wouldn’t have an issue but they did and 36min later is crazy wait time with my toddler. This store doesn’t need to lie bout orders ready when they are not or at least put effort to complete the order if it’s obviously an issue

My order was wrong. When we got to the drive up we got the privilege of watching two employees jump around over a bug on one of their backs. The one worker who claimed to have the bug one him needs a bigger uniform to wear his stomach was hanging five inches out of the bottom of his shirt. I know somethings can not be helped but improper clothing in a food establishment can be fixed easily.
