Went on Saturday, got the kids the new grilled burger, and i got the queso wrap. The wrap was lacking at best. It was so good that I came back today. But today, service was lacking. They gave us 2 grilled chesses instead of the new burgers.. called and manager Michael made it seem like it was my fault that I didn’t get the correct items… I definitely won’t be back to this location… new menu, new look, same disappointment in service.

every time i get the urge for sonic im quickly reminded that this location is genuinely just the worst. the staff are friendly so im assuming management is the issue or perhaps training idk but god it’s just truly bad. the food i just received had lettuce that was wilted and soggy and clearly old.
the reason for me getting irritated enough over fast food was the sonic blast. i would always argue sonic blasts were the best, til today a small blast with like half a cookie crumbled on top. i checked the rest, like dug through and it was just straight vanilla ice cream, no cookie (oreo). i pressed the button to ask for more thinking it was a mistake and they stated “this is standard” and id have to pay fifty cents for more lol oh okay! so garbage is standard!
also, just discovered the ice in the drink is big cubes, like not the notoriously famous sonic crunchy ice cubes, big fat not chewable chunks.
this location should just quit now and let the city have the lot back for literally anything else.

I ordered a BOGO foot long chili dog. I got 2 foot long dogs. Only an ounce of chili on it. So little that half the hotdog had none. This is the second time this has happened. I spoke with cooperate and there are no guild lines to the amount of chili to put on it. I spoke with the manager the first time and I was informed that it gets one spoon full. Not a ladle full but a teaspoon full. I spoke with the district manager that was going to fix this. I tried again months later and yet the same results. I am done with all Sonics. These companies believe we as customers are stupid. They are cutting back the quantity and the quality to save a few bucks on food cost. I am boycotting all companies that rob their customers and don’t feel any shame in doing it. Save your money and go where you are valued. This Sonic in Belton MO do not care about you one bit.

I used to be a Sonic cook myself in during my high school years (2010-2011) at the Louisburg location.
This location really hasn’t been it for the last 7 years.
It’s a really big hit or miss.
For the most part, your best bet is the burgers.
Chicken usually is burnt or been in the warmer drawer for too long making feel rubbery.
Tots usually come over cooked fresh from the fryer, or been under the warmer light for 10 minutes too long.
Chili usually has a darker than normal look and is not as runny.
Been a struggle but last time was more than annoying.
Forgot the gravy on the chicken strip meal

I really hope the managers read these because the employee tonight was amazing. I’m pretty sure he was the only one working, which I know sucks. But the employees name was Reese, and i think he absolutely deserves a hell of a raise.

If I could give zero stars I would . Sadly every time we come I try to give benefit of the doubt but once again ends up in disappointment. Every time we come here they’re ice is the ice that comes from this gas station ice chests . Every. Single . Time . Last year it was like that so we stopped and this year AGAIN still the same big ol’ ice cubes like I have at home. Notifying a manager don’t do anything. Isn’t Sonic known for their special ice? Cmon now yall get with it

Meh….lots of room for improvement. Really hope my popcorn chicken comes with chicken next time. Ordered a medium and 3 actually had chicken. The rest looked like the leftovers from the bottom of the grease pan.
Plus: drinks are always good and 1/2 price on the APP. Saves you a long wait as they tend to have slower service at this location.

Been going to Sonic since i was just a little Tommy and loved it i mean who wouldn’t.. The ice cream, classic shakes, the burgers and the drink choices alone make your eyes cross before you can decide from the possibilities… Of course the menu has changed over the years as have i… Around 50+yrs of change to be honest anyway I’ve visited Sonic in Belton 3 nights in a row each time the ice cream machine was closed for the night made order online and when picked up didn’t have it correct replaced 1 item with lesser value items but charged greater value items priced with no offer to make it right… I’m very disappointed with this store and the management that allows it to happen i live 1 block away now will walk by to another place…. Last thought… Still love Sonic just not Belton Missouri Sonic … When advertise close at 12 then close at 12 not at 1030 and just pick what you want customers to have so you want have to do your job your paid for more than necessary

Came to this location last night ordered a Chilli cheese tot with onions n bacon.. didn’t receive my bacon I paid. So I came back to today. Explained the situation, paid for the chili cheese tots and the bacon n onions no charge. I might as well have for my money back.. won’t be back. The carghop was very nice. Need to pay more attention in the kithen.
