Amazing service and food! We had the elk meatballs/spaghetti and osso buco bison. The bison fell off the bone and the meatballs were perfectly seasoned. For dessert we got the fried ice cream and we wish we got 2 it was so yummy!
We ate at the raven and malign range and this restaurant was the best food we had in Jasper. We went to celebrate our anniversary and left very happy and content!

This place is adorable, with excellent service! We went for the Thursday night steak special and it was a great deal! On top of that, happy hour beverage prices, making the evening quite affordable. We were too full for dessert so we came back a couple days later and had the delicious deep fried ice cream. I highly recommend heading here if you are in Jasper!

The Mad Grizzly Bistro is nestled along one of the bustling main streets, offering a pleasant atmosphere that makes for a cozy visit. However, while the ambiance is inviting, I can’t recommend their food. The beef burger has a decent taste, but surprisingly, it’s quite small – see the photo (soup spoon for comparison).
For a more satisfying and flavorful dining experience, I suggest heading over to Famoso Italian Pizzeria, located above the coin laundry just across the street. They offer better value and tastier meals that are worth your while.

A fantastic place to stop and enjoy. Our server Haven was excellent with us, answering all our questions and going above and beyond to accommodate for a severe gluten allergy in our group. We enjoyed every bit of food, and drinks. The mimosa special on happy hour is well worth the price. If you are looking for a great atmosphere, and have been looking for a menu offering unique tastes from your average “night out” this is it. For those of you reading that are interested in what we ordered :
– The sizzling pork belly – crispy and juicy, well flavoured and the egg was perfectly cooked
-Texas wings, hot, honey garlic and Thai chili, the thai chili and and honey garlic tasted very similar, however they had amazing crunch and flavour
-Thai steamed mussels were not in any way chewy or had a freezer burnt taste, they had a great fresh flavour and a good amount of sauce
-Seafood platter was a 10/10. Between all of us is was a perfect selection and the shrimp were incredibly well seasoned, the calamari was battered in house which led to an awesome crunch on the inside with a juicy meat interior. The smoked salmon was very reasonable, not overpowering and pleasant.

Good food, good service and good vibes. My wife and I along with our son enjoyed the great ambiance and tasty food. The restaurant is clean and well lit. From beginning to end the whole experience was great. The chicken and waffles was delicious. The desert was wonderful. Our experience was great.

Came here on Valentine’s Day, Music was on point, and our server was awesome. Food was amazing. The Chef knows what he’s doing. My coeliac girlfriend had no trouble eating here. They had lots of gluten free options and were well educated. Seafood platter was a hit!

My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite and a drink and we were not disappointed. We had the ramen and the Grizzly noodles and they were both delicious. Staff were friendly when they greeted us and took our orders, drinks and food were prepared and brought out in a timely fashion. Ambiance was quiet and comfortable.

Menu that they have is quite innovative as its fusion. There’s a lot of interesting things to try out! They also had some of the usual stuff like Bison and Elk etc.
