Good place for a quick lunch or dinner, the staff is friendly and it was clean when I visited it. Food was ok as any other fast food. Employee forgot to put a fork in the bag, but went back and got it quickly. The dining area is very small, so it is better to take the order to go since it gets a little crowded especially during pick times at lunch or dinner time.

I went in at 8:20, plenty of time before close just for them to tell me they have no chicken and it would be an almost 20 minute wait ? It’s Saturday night, you know you’re going to be busy and possibly have bigger orders, wait to clean the fryers or have enough chicken to take care of your customers without there being an insane wait for fast-food chicken. Extremely disappointed, cashier didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience .

Really, a stinking leg and a thigh with a biscuit for over $11. I saw the prices and couldn’t believe it and walked out. Later I read the latest reviews and glad I did. Save your hard earned money and your stomach and go to Albertsons for some cheap and excellent deep fried chicken.

Until today. Brought Yuma Church’s chicken home and was shocked by what we received. Soft, mushy, uncooked chicken. Not safe to eat. If it weren’t for being on the other side of town, I’d thrown it back at them. All other Church’s send out email questionnaires. Not this place. Now I see why. Save your health and choose elsewhere.

I give this place a 0 for many reasons. They do NOT wear gloves. The food is extremely nasty. Their personality is extremely unprofessional. They make you feel as if your bothering them. Which they must NOT understand, if there is NO customers, there is NO hour to give them, which means they would NOT have a job.If you order the shrimp, they count the big crumbs as a shrimp. You ask for shrimp sauce, once you show them your receipt (they make you show them) they will NOT give you shrimp sauce they give you tartar sauce. So many more reasons to NOT waste your money on this place.

Really upset I waited even after my online order pick up time, no one is answering the phones, they did not place my biscuits in my bag very unsatisfied. Now I have to go back to the store to pick up my missing food. There was multiple people going back in the restaurant asking for there missing items.

I’ve had a lot of southern chicken and can tell you that the minute I bit into the chicken I felt like something was different. It was crispy yet there was no seasoning. I love me some good chicken however I think that there might’ve been a missing step in the recipe or it was rushed. The biscuit was delicious and the service was great however. It came out quicker than I expected. For the price, I was hoping to have a great experience my first time trying Church’s yet I was disappointed. Our chicken looked nothing like the crispy brown that other reviews have posted.
I would be willing to try it again. We were travelling through and likely won’t be back in the area. I gave an extra star because the service was wonderful, the parking was great, and there was little wait time.
