Chilis is really doing God’s work with their 3 for Me Deal. For like $11 you get a drink, bottomless chips and salsa, and a big homestyle burger with fries at a clean sit down restaurant with friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere! You cannot beat it in 2025.
There is no point in going to McDonalds or any other fast food restaurant for basically the same price.

My fiancé and I had the best experience we’ve ever had at a Chili’s tonight, and what made that world of difference was our server, Barbie. She had a radiant energy– the kind that could put a smile on anyone’s face, no matter what they’d been through that day. She carried herself with a natural charm and her humor lightened the mood, more than making up for any delays in the system as we waited for our total to appear. To top it all off, she was incredibly considerate and attentive. We truly felt that we were in good hands. I hope that she has a lovely weekend and that her efforts are rewarded!

I hate do to this, but I got food poisoning. Me and my girlfriend came and this was the last thing we ate yesterday night we woke up feeling sick, but I got most of the intestinal issues. We’ve come here before and it hasn’t happened. yesterdays service was very passive aggressive as well which I understand food service can be stressful but I didn’t do anything, we were simple and quick with our order. There was a server girl who was pretty good at wrangling up everyone and keeping them inline, she’s a great employee and or lead, she should get a raise.

I hardly leave reviews but tonight is so worth it. From the moment we sat down “Barbie” was beyond courteous, sweet and kind. She is the most genuine server. She attended to us without having our tables assigned to her and the food came out quick and delish. I cannot put into words how welcomed she made us feel. Definitely wish her the best this holiday season, maybe chillis can drop a little extra something in her stocking. Thank you Barbie, your an awesome ❤️

Me and my girlfriend went to come and try the ever so hyped mozz sticks(they are good, nothing crazy in my opinion) and we were pleasantly surprised that what actually blew us away was our server Barbie. She was amazing! She was very kind and had some great recommendations, she truly made us feel like family. We will absolutely be back, not because of the food or hype but for Barbie. She is wonderful and I hope you all get the opportunity to meet her, I’m sure once you do you will feel the same.

Normally I don’t write reviews but after the experience I knew I had to let the people know. ABBA is the greatest server that I’ve had. Service was immaculate and helped me with any question I had. If u go to chillis make sure u ask for ABBA. U WO T REGRET IT

I decided to stop by Chili’s Grill & Bar for dinner on a bit of a lark, and honestly, it reminded me why I hadn’t been in so many years. The food was definitely not the highlight of the evening. I ordered the fajitas, and the rice that came with it was stale — clearly scraped from the bottom of the pot. It had that dry, overcooked texture that just made the whole meal less enjoyable.
Overall, the food just didn’t impress. It wasn’t terrible, but it certainly wasn’t good either. In hindsight, I think the mistake was going for dinner — food doesn’t seem to be their strong suit. Chili’s feels much more like a bar that happens to serve food rather than a restaurant that happens to have a bar.
If you’re looking for a casual place to grab a drink during Happy Hour or watch a game, it might do the trick. But if you’re after good Mexican or Tex-Mex food, there are definitely better options out there.
This visit was a good reminder of why it had been so long since my last trip to Chili’s. Not the worst experience ever, but not one I’ll be repeating anytime soon.
