This was my first time seeing what Moe had to offer. The Homewrecker burrito I had tasted very good so the food was a positive. There were no other customers, no music playing and one gentlemen doing all the work behind the counter who was nice but not enthusiastic. I would eat here again but wish the mood was a bit lighter. Staff was very kind and caring about extra details like sour cream on the lid of my burrito bowl. They made sure I had everything I needed in my to go order and everything tasted so good. I love all the veggie options, I got the adoba chicken burrito bowl with all the fixings

The food was great, I got everything just as I asked. The salsa bar was empty, there were a lot of dirty tables, and the trash was overflowing. There were only 2 gentlemen working when I came in. They probably just needed more help, which is understandable. I would visit again.

There was No “Welcome to Moe’s” as I entered the building on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was very dreary, no music, no other customers, and one worker manning the food service area while the sounds of someone in the back banging metal echoed through the otherwise quiet walls of the building. I waited a good three minutes before being acknowledged by the lone worker as he, alone, raced to make mobile order after mobile order with no one to assist him. I could nearly feel the pain emanating off of this poor man who clearly did not want to be there. I take away one positive. Okay, maybe two positives. One, the food was edible (albeit a little old). And two, upon inspection, there were no gorillas inside of the bathroom. So rest assured, you can enjoy a somber moment in the solitude of their bathroom stalls without worry of a primate attacking your potty.

Earlier today I Walked in and wasn’t greeted, which I initially assumed was to give me time to look over the menu. However, once I approached the counter and greeted one of the associates, I was still not acknowledged. One employee continued cleaning the burners and going in and out of the back while I stood there waiting. The lack of acknowledgment made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

I don’t like how skimpy yall are with the protein but yet will load up on veggies smfh! Ordered via Grubhub a barely got any meat but yet got an abundance of chips & cheese! Y’all forgot the lettuce and pico by the way but lesson learnt! Don’t order from here

I think the world can agree that Tacos make anybody happy, right?
Moe’s is usually a good experience…. But that seems to only come with the other 3 locations I’ve been at.
(I would like to add, This isn’t based off of only one experience here)

I work third shift and I was just woken by a call from my Wife in tears.
She had a reward for free Queso. She got one bowl and a kids meal as well.
The communication between the employees is not acceptable.
When my wife got rung up for her total, the total was wayyy too high. $21 for a bowl and a kids meal.
She told the employee that isn’t right and was instantly hit with an attitude and was told that she was wrong without actually listening to the problem. My wife is the nicest person anybody will ever meet so I can assure you that she did not come off problematic in any way here.
Once the manager came by and was told the problem, they realized that hey my wife was right and the free cup of queso through the rewards never came through.. okay. The bill dropped to $18 and change now.. still for one burrito bowl and a kids meal. So my wife mentions that the kids burrito is still being charged as a regular and the employee is snappy, rude, argues and tries to dismiss my wife disrespectfully… So the manager hears commotion so he ask what’s going on and the employee spurts out “nothing, she just wants more money!”
There’s barely anything in the bowl!
Then the employee yells “well she didn’t tell me it was a kids!”
…..
But yes she did… And regardless.. she shouldn’t have to.. it’s the employees jobs behind the counter to communicate and pass along that information.

It’s a shame

Edit: decided to give them a try 2 years later… this is the serving size for a burrito bowl. Proceed to the pictures

I recently visited Moe’s Southwest Grill, and while the food was absolutely delicious, I had an issue with the atmosphere. I ordered “The Home Wrecker”, and it was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. I really enjoyed the meal. Except, I asked for my free cup of queso and was told no. 9/20 = Free Queso Cup Day, but OK.

However, my experience was soured by the behavior of the manager. Throughout my visit, I witnessed him yelling at the staff in a way that was unprofessional and uncomfortable. The employees were working hard and doing a great job, but the manager’s attitude cast a negative shadow over the otherwise pleasant experience.

I hope management can improve how they treat their team, as the food and service deserve a much better work environment.

It pains me to even give this place 1 star, it deserves 0. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated worse by a manager in any other establishment ever, plus the food looked TERRIBLE. I feel bad for the staff who has to work for this Shrek looking guy. So so rude!

Recently was in with my daughter. Everything was hot and fresh but most or all the service was top notch. The young man Reese was extremely polite and attentive. All around very well spoken for his age.
