Waited 10 plus minutes at the drive through to order and they never asked for our order. Then we drove to a spot to order and waited another few minutes before our order was taken. We ordered 2 ice cream items. We waited and waited and they never came out. Went inside and they acted like they didn’t know about the order but had the items on the counter just never taking them out to us. They were all standing around talking to eachother instead of working like they are paid to do.

I was a regular at this location as a normal customer, however I will never go back after how they treated me as a doordasher. I picked up an order for “alex” and they forgot 3 drinks – the route 44 Dr. Pepper, and two strawberry cheesecake coolers. After no one picked up on the order console I called the store where I was rudely spoken to by Dakota. She brought out the drinks with no apology, and after I asked for the spoons and straws she very rudely told me that she ALWAYS puts those in the bag even if the drinks weren’t made and just WALKS away. I open the bag and of course her rude self was completely wrong. There were no spoons or straws in the bag at all. I have never seen someone so rude and WRONG at the same time. The guy who came out and gave us the utensils after we had to call AGAIN, was extremely nice and apologetic. I get if you want to treat a doordasher like garbage because you don’t think they are paying customers, however I literally ate here for lunch today as a regular customer and the doordash was going to the animal hospital, where hardworking people PAID for their order to be correct. This store would do so much better without rude people like her who would rather be right than help out the customer, and she was still wrong! lol . it was ticket #52276.

I don’t know if this was supposed to be a joke, an employee that just doesn’t care, or what. But I don’t see how anyone is supposed to eat this when it’s literally drenched and ketchup and mustard. It was soaked through to the bun. And completely uneatable.

Went little late in afternoon to get some ice cream and the service was terrible! Didn’t answer for almost 10 minutes, only to tell me that the ice cream machines were not working. You’re better off going to Dairy Queen for your frozen deserts.

Service was terrible. Had to wait 10 minutes even though I put my order in beforehand. Whole staff was just sitting there on their phones. At least he made sure to give me plenty of ketchup to go along with my breakfast burrito! Must’ve came during amateur hour.

I ordered about $32 worth of food and only waited for about 3 minutes for my food to come out. I was greeted by hunter with a smile and energy. I appreciate the fact that Sonic is finally bringing back the skates, it’s been too long and it’s not a common enough thing. I’d love to have him as my server again

I frequent this sonic. As I was eating my breakfast burrito I noticed what I thought was food stuck between my teeth, I look at my burrito and there’s a huge black hair that I pulled out and the rest of it was still in my food. Apparently I got a bacon, egg and hair burrito. So disgusted!!!!!! I spit out what was in my mouth, took a photo and trashed it. Service here is great, but yall need to wear hair nets or something… ugh I still feel nauseated.

Awful experience. Our order was incorrect twice, and even after being re-rung, we still came home missing two items. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional—she refused to give me her name (I believe it started with an A), hung up on me mid-conversation, and accused me of yelling when I was simply frustrated but calm.
The restaurant itself was dirty: sticky floors, trash on the ground, and employees drinking in the food area. This location clearly needs better training and management. We will not be returning.
