This woman was extremely rude to my pregnant wife, when my wife approached her politely after checking her bag in the drive thru that our daughters cheeseburger was cold to the touch..
she than told my wife the Carne was not cold because the cheese was melted……..
The burger could have been sitting for minutes before she gave us the burger in our bag and presumed to say really rude things about us saying we were needy people to her staff. I understand that maybe she had a bad day. But good lord, go get some therapy or search indeed for a job that doesn’t require dealing with the public if you have to talk about us that way and roll your eyes. Appreciate her hard service for 3-$6 kids meal.

(Order can’t be cancelled as they changed the order status to serving almost instantly. Ordered food was not served)

Spent 50$ for a couple meals and did a separate order for an icecream cone using the points. Walked up to the counter and saw the screen showing my order is being served. I asked a person who seems like the manger. He shook his head and looked at the screen in front of himself. Turned around and talked in Spanish. Waited over 5mins at the counter, walked back to the table and wait another 5mins. Never called my number and it’s gone from the display. Didn’t want to ruin my vacation mood and move on.

For the record, the fries and the chicken nuggets were greatly cooked. Crispy. It’s just how the store treats the customers who spends points instead of real cash.

Super rude customer service. My app wasn’t working so it won’t allow me to put which number spot I was in. I called the store to explain. I gave them my name and what spot I’m in. Someone eventually comes out with my order and accuses me of not paying. I showed him my app wasn’t working and my email order confirmation. He said he can’t give me the food unless I pay. I told him how would you know my order if I didn’t pay. The employee continued to give me attitude and reluctantly gave me my food

I would have gave a one star but the service was good through the drive thru. I only ordered 4 McChickens and all came with flat buns and 3 pieces of lettuce. Your breakfast pancakes were thicker than these buns. 🙁

used to work in fast food so I don’t like slamming fast food places and will praise fast food for doing good things. This location however failed on all aspects of the transaction.

Went through the drive thru at 8pm on September 17th. Ordered a 6 piece happy meal with sweet and sour. Got to the window to get the food and asked the person if the happy meal had sweet and sour and they said yes. Got the meal and started driving and me 3.5 year old discovered ranch and no sweet and sour. She has to have the happy meal with sweet and sour. So we walked back into the store and I let the front counter person know about the issue. She proceeded to check the happy meal for the sauce that was in there a before giving me a sweet and sour. No apology just gave it and turned away. Customer service training is needed here along with sauce training. Drive thru staff lacked basic level ability to check order.

To wrap up the issue I discovered they gave me a 4 piece instead of a 6 piece but was charged for a 6 piece. This is an absolute embarrassment of an experience and the managers and owner should be ashamed of this. Next time I will not leave drive thru until my order is checked fully

A great McDonald’s for anyone.
Has the following:
– mobile orders
– a drive thru
– a play structure w/ seating
– lots of parking
– lots of seating
– it’s clean
– close the freeway
– nice staff

Con:
– The parking lot is a little confusing the first time, just look for enter and exit arrows on the ground. (Also, parking lot is under renovation so maybe this issue will be fixed.)

One would believe $20 or more an hour would fix the solution to flipping a burger and breakfast patties.
There is a strong inconsistency on missing items per order in a longer stretch since that $20 an hour was implemented in California.
