Where work and pleasure come together! Always have enjoyed LH, time to put a Texas – Longhorn Steakhouse on my checklist of DONE!
Did not disappoint! Sat down at the bar. Turns out other 2 customers do the same job I do. Real technical work. That was a surprise. Good company to have for a meal! What to order? Well, I came for one reason and that was for a good steak! Not no Denny’s steak where I drowned it in A1 lol A Longhorn Steak, salad, steamed broccoli, hot bread and butter, an old fashion, and a lemon water. But let’s not stop there, let’s go Big like Texas! Added the 4oz Lobster tail! Now, I didn’t eat all of this in a seating! It hit just right! No A1 on this steak! VERY satisfying! I’ll be back for another meal!
One suggestion is that the kitchen can work on timing, I received everything at once at the bar. Got tight real quick.
Tables were a 20-30min wait, and folks were waiting. Always a good sign. But it was just me so I sat at the bar. Was a little wait as the bartender was also handling Pick Up orders.

The waiter service is fine, unfortunately, the food was 1 and a half hours late, cold when delivered, and bland tasting for my entire group of 8. Only one liked his Mac and cheese. Personally, mine was also undercooked in something as important as salmon. I could get food poisoning from this.
When we mentioned this to the supervisor, they said they can at most give us a free appetizer card and not replace nor refund the food after the bad service. The only thing I got told was that they’re understaffed on cooks with only 2 and that they are reaching out to management for help but with no solution.

We had a great Saturday lunch at LongHorn with no crowd. Everything was what you would expect for a chain! Our sever Maria N. was very sweet and went above and beyond for us.
I recommend their Wild West Shrimp for an appetizer!

Was seated pretty quick but waited 20 minutes before our waitress come by to get our drink order. Two sweet teas come out with a cold brisket queso cheese dip. That was sent back, they microwaved it and sent it back to us. We ordered our entrees 1- 6oz sirloin medium rare, that arrived well done and dry. It also tasted like it was cooked on a grill that was right by fish, or fish was cooked on it. It was honestly disgusting. The 2nd entree was grilled medium and it was perfect. But for a 70.00 meal, the food quality, atmosphere, and service wasn’t worth the money spent. We won’t be back. Side note this was 3:30 in the afternoon, the restaurant was not busy at this time. I really feel like there was no excuse for gross food.

30 minute to one hour wait. Multiple tables empty. Just as many dirty, no diners. Waiting to be bussed. Zero efforts (it seems) to get customers to a table. 3 empty tables in the bar. But told cant sit there. 40 diners waiting around inside and out.

I feel like my experiences here are hit/miss. I was there in January, and food was really good. I decided to treat myself today and get take out today and for what I paid for the steak, I was dissapointed. I asked for Medium and it was well done. I didn’t feel like making the trip back to there so I just ate it.

Started out fine, service was good but then it took 40 minutes to get our meal and the server seemed distracted probably because she had a lot of tables and the kitchen was backed up. My steak wasn’t cooked right but I told the server it was fine because I didn’t want to take another 30 minutes to get my food back.

I rarely take time to write reviews, but this restaurant is deserving of a 5 star. My husband and I came in around 4 the other day. He got the chicken parm. Amazing! I got a Ribeye. Equally amazing! It did come out slightly undercooked but our server, Sarah fixed it very quickly, and with a smile. She was so warm, sweet, and treated us like we were valued guests. We didn’t even have to ask for refills. They were just dropped on our table as we needed them. She was very on point. Also, the cheesecake is the best cheescake I have EVER gotten from anywhere. The whole experience was delightful for our anniversary dinner. This restaurant has 5 star quality food, 5 star quality atmosphere, and 5 star quality service. Thank you for making our day out delightful!
