Recently visited Cora in Windsor for lunch, and it was a lovely experience!
As we drove there, my partner shared that she had only been to Cora once as a kid for her birthday, and it reminded her of Christmas.
I ordered the pancakes with a side of bacon–the bacon was perfectly crispy, and the pancakes were fluffy and satisfying. I paired it with a hot chocolate, which was rich and just the right amount of sweetness.
My partner had Strawberry Avalanche French Toast with a side of potatoes, and they all tasted amazing–definitely something I’d also order next time. She also ordered some orange juice, which was refreshing and comforting.
Overall, great food, warm drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for a cheerful breakfast or lunch!

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Cora’s in Windsor and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Gigi breakfast omelette with fresh fruit and rye toast. Everything was perfectly cooked—the omelette was flavorful, the fruit was fresh and vibrant, and the toast was just right.
The staff were equally impressive: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their service added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the meal.

the food is and always has been amazing but the service and atmosphere has changed so much and not for the better. the staff seem to really push for tips and would constantly come to the table— we had a waitress come to the table 6 separate times just to ask if we liked our food. the atmosphere was so family friendly and gave such homey vibes until the repainted the walls and took away all the art and beautiful painting that were scattered throughout the restaurant. the minimalist atmosphere isn’t really what you’re looking for when you go sit down at a fairly expensive breakfast restaurant. i love the food— it’s always been good like i said but it’s definitely more of a take out restaurant for me now that they changed everything. the food portions are also WAY smaller now for the same price but if you have like $20 extra dollars and want a nice crepe or a nice bacon and eggs meal, it’s worth ordering!

First time visiting this location on Walker Rd. This establishment rates a 10/10. Greeted right away, seated and menus brought to table right away. Waitress (Anita) was there to get a beverage order. The server was very pleasant and quickly returning with beverages and meals we ordered. Always checking on her tables and cleaning away dirty dishes. The TV has trivia questions and answers regarding nutrition, eggs, etc. Loved they had peanut butter and jam for your toast. Thank you so much, Anita…

Had the Construction, both were delicious. I had a few hiccups with my meal, I am so thankful we had an Amazing server her name was Chelsea.

Cora’s used to be my favourite place to eat. The food was always hot and fresh and the staff were always available to help. Not anymore! We went yesterday and the fruit was mostly rotten, meat was thinner than paper, and my “pancake” was more of a slimey crepe that lacked flavour. The only item that was eidble was my toast which was surprisingly fresh. I used to be a weekend regular and now you wont catch me there! I should also mention it was $72 dang dollars for these terrible meals what a shame!!! My breakfast sausage was also uncooked and everything had an awful taste. Server was nowhere to be seen when we tried to find them.

got blueberry pancakes and for the price and marketing of the fruit assortment they give you they gave me frozen blueberries which were super unsettling because it made the pancakes feel cold.. the pancakes were also overcooked and barely fluffy whatsoever you could get blueberry pancakes with fresh blueberries in Windsor for 8 dollars cheaper elsewhere.. this place is super overpriced and you might as well go to hi ho unless you plan to order a fruit platter
