Ordered a to go order 20 minutes before closing. My California Cobb salad was missing the majority of the toppings and toppings were added that aren’t on the salad, I assume to improvise. I was sitting in the store while it was prepared, the employees could have come over and told me if they were out of ingredients. But instead, they were busy goofing off. The service at the this store is the worst. It feels like half of the employees are there to hang out, while 2 try to do the work.

I’ve been eating Cafe Zupas for many many years and I never thought I would have a complaint, but here I am today. I had been wanting to try to limited time fall grilled cheese and it was so awful, I had to throw it away after a few bites. First, this was a takeout, so I didn’t realize there was zero bacon on it until I was 30 minutes away. There was also a random piece of chicken on it, which I get can happen, but it was still frustrating. Second, and I realize this may have been different had the bacon been included, but the sandwich was sickeningly sweet. Like, overpowering, I could not finish even half of it, sweet. And I’m a fan of sweet, but wow. Those were a rough few bites. It takes a lot for me to throw something away like that. Last, I’d been boycotting their drinks ever since they nixed their raw honey lemonade, but I thought I would give their dirty sodas a try. This was an online order, so I did not expect that I would have to make the dirty soda myself, but not only that, 3 of the 5 syrup pumps were empty, so I couldn’t make any of the listed dirty soda options anyway. Thank goodness for my mangoberry salad, which was practically perfect in every way, as always. Just kind of a swing and a miss with this visit, unfortunately, because I consistently love Cafe Zupas, so hopefully this is taken as simply feedback rather than negativity.

Every time I come here something is wrong. Today at the cashier I was asked several times what my order was and they still couldn’t process what I said and what my order was. I finally got my order,drove home,got comfy to eat,just to get the wrong order. So my lucky butt went ALL the way back to the store and they replaced my order but I still got to drive allllllllll the way back home while everyone else got to eat. Love that for me!

Stopped in for a quick meal at 8:30… I was surprised they had a small line so late. There was a small group in front of me. The workers didn’t know what salad was what, and made the wrong salad for that group. They even had to make the group come back to tell the cashier what was ordered so they could total the bill.

Now it’s my turn… my sandwich was given to the group ahead due to the confusion. Then I was charged for a half soup and sandwich (instead of a try 2 combo). Had to get back in line to correct that refund.

THEN I get home to eat my meal, and the sandwich (which was rushed) is falling apart, avocado and bacon in large clumps (not spread evenly). Just overall a terrible experience.

Honestly, I felt bad for the workers. They looked like they were just trying to figure it out without any help from a manager or just totally overwhelmed.

I ordered my food at the wrong location, so when I went in and gave my name, obviously they didn’t have it. I was balancing a rambunctious toddler. Slightly embarrassed I went to leave for the correct location. They then asked for my order, insisted on making it there and had everything whipped up within 2 minutes. Their kindness, ownership, and desire to solve a problem that was not theirs was truly touching! The team working today showed the next level of customer service. Thank you from a busy mom and hungry kiddo.

Lucy (our cashier!) made it the best experience for our small group!! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed (even though we were a little rowdy!). Food was AMAZING, as always!!

This location is great with consistency. Some locations have different textures on their soups in different days but this location has excellent attention to detail. I always know what to expect. The staff was friendly and efficient. Lobby and seating areas were maintained.

Arrived at 8pm. Only one group in front of me whom only ordered three strawberry cups. I only had two try twos. My food sat there for 15 minutes while 5 other employees were wandering around waiting for one employee to cut strawberries. Someone asked me if I needed soup which I replied no my food has been sitting here for 15 minutes. Which I was met back with my sandwiches thrown into my plates haha. Never coming back!

I tried to get chicken noodle soup for my sick spouse tonight. I went to Noodles and company first, but they had already locked their doors at 8:30pm. I will give credit to zupas, they stayed open until 9pm. However, my experience was awful. A young women tried to help me, but a male “boss” made her put away dishes prior to helping me. I could tell she was frazzled after this. She took my order. I ordered ultimate grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup. After about 10 minutes they told me they didn’t have noodles. I ordered some curry to replace it. They got the curry and checked me out. They never gave me the sandwich. I went back to the counter and waited for them to make another sandwich. This wasn’t the worst experience ever, until I got home and my spouse and I tried the curry. It tasted like straight salt water. It was inedible. Back to the drawing board for chicken noodle soup!

The first thing I noticed when I was ordering my food was that the display of spices was covered in thick dust. It looks like they’ve never dusted. It also took 2 workers to get us dip for our kids chicken tenders. They also were out of lids and forks so my husband couldn’t eat his salad. One thing I liked is the cashier helped carry my tray of food to my seat since I was holding my baby.
