This place is the worst. The young man and young lady who took my and presented my order were fine but whoever prepared my food can’t read. My sandwich was made incorrectly at least twice. I don’t know about the third time because I requested a refund. After the second attempt, I attempted to give the untouched medium fries back because I was asked to park. I waited about 7 minutes and then was given the sandwich with a small fry. I questioned it and the young lady said, I know you paid for a medium fry but the manager said to give you a small one. She said you have to take it up with the manager. I went in and the manager told me to wait and pretended like she was busy. When she approached the counter, she did not have a medium fry with her. In our conversation, she repeatedly told me to shut up and called me stupid. She refused to give me a refund and asked me to leave. I called the police and when she realized I actually called the police because I had the phone on speaker. After hearing the police telling me to inside of the restaurant instead of waiting in my car and telling me to ignore the manager’s request for me to leave, she then came with my refund. After refunding my money, she called me stupid again. I called the corporate office that evening and again the next morning; however, I still have not heard from the owner.

Have had decent experiences in the past with only minor issues. Visiting on Wednesday 1/21 around 8:30, and ordered multiple ten piece nuggets with sauce, as I got to the second window I asked the worker if I could have extra of the specific sauce I ordered (I would’ve paid extra if there was a charge). She responded by telling me that there was already sauce in the bag and closed the window immediately before I could respond. When I got home and opened my bag, I found out that she had in fact put an entirely different sauce in the bag, and none of what I had asked for or what was shown in the receipt. I worked for McDonalds for quite a long time and this level or service is very disappointing.

There is so much filler in this hamburger that they should be legally compelled to call it a 80% filler 20% beef/other meatloaf burger. Absolutely gross!

Very bad experience! Gave my food to someone else, and while going to check on my order I was told that it had already been given out, the manager was refusing to make my order. There were others by the counter so I stood in the back waiting for my number to be called. I live near by but I will never be going over to this specific McDonald’s. Worst service ever!! Starting from the manager!! Can’t give proper training when she should be trained herself! After fighting for about 20 mins.
I asked for a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce and tomatoes, onions and lettuce. They made my second order and still gave it to me wrong!!

There’s always some sort of issue, if not with the incorrectness of the food prepared then it’s the state of the inside of the restaurant. I placed an order through GrubHub for lunch, ordering a triple cheeseburger(note the word cheese in the item description), with extra mustard, extra pickles, and no salt, and what I get is a triple hamburger with salt, no pickles, and a miniscule amount of mustard. I’m paying not only for this incorrect item, but delivery fees. Please make sure the line workers are checking their tickets while making the orders before wrapping and sending them down the hlz.

Rats running from store door and all around the parking lot. Huge rats and families of them. Be safe and eat somewhere else. Had to screenshot pictures because it won’t let me upload the video showing over 10 rats in 3 minutes.
If the managers cannot manage. They need to be retrained. No way I should have sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes listening to a manger tell me my order is one thing. When my mobile app and receipt show my actual order. Was so bad even the other employees were laughing at the manager and one employee because I had to literally spell out biscuit on my receipt via phone and paper receipt so I could stop being told I ordered McGriddles. How do you argue with your own printed out receipt.

This review is just for the drive thru. I’ve never been inside.
This McDonald’s is so strange, to me, aesthetically. They still have the old building design, but also the roof is a faded forest green color? There are 3 windows at the drive thru, but they only seem to use 2. The menu boards at the drive thru are held together with what looks like clear packing tape. There’s a pretty big pothole in the parking lot not far after you exit the drive thru.
Anyway, they usually get my order correct and when it’s been wrong it’s been in a good way (large fry instead of a medium). I asked for ketchup and they threw in a bunch of sauces The ranch was surprisingly not bad with the fries.
They have the same problem it seems most McDonald’s have about the fries sometimes being hot and fresh and sometimes being older and meh.

I like to give places grace and benefit of the doubt… I understand fast food places to be short staffed, but this is my 5th time in a row getting my order wrong. Save your time and drive 5 mins to the location on a Cherry Hill, it’s rare that they mess up your order (At least that’s my experience).
My baby just likes bread and cheese, I try to be as clear as possible to what I’m ordering. Check before you leave (I peeked to check I had everything, but I wasn’t about to open the sandwich)!
