Tonight my husband and I visited this location, like we do after every Winterhawks’ game and times throughout the week. Normally we have a fabulous experience, and recommend this location to our friends. However, our experience tonight was completely different. We ordered and enjoyed our food. As we were leaving this guy walked in with a dog…and allowed it to jump onto the counter where the food was being prepared. When we inquired about their policy on allowing dogs in their establishment, one of the workers said very snarky and sarcastically “Have a good night sir”. So we left, and will not be returning. Below are the employees that allowed the behavior and was so insulting and dismissive of us.

The pizza is decent. I find that they tend to burn the thinner crust. I usually get the Mega which is the thicker crust. The Happy Valley location had very friendly servers with a few greenhorns. They grabbed the crust before asking which pizza we wanted. This didn’t ruin the experience, just something I noticed. Overall this is like the Subway of Pizza. You always know what you’re getting and it’s great if everyone wants a different kind of pizza. The price point is just about right coming in at about $10 – $10 per person. Which would be ridiculous a few years ago. But nowadays this is typical. Corporations maximizing profit.

I’ve been going here since day one. Always get the same pizza. This time I brought it home and it was disgusting. Even though I double checked my receipt when I got home they definitely made the pizza with cauliflower crust or gluten-free crust. It wasn’t worth my time to go back for a $15 pizza I threw away. From now on, I’m just gonna spend the extra few bucks and get a great pizza elsewhere. I predict this place won’t last another year.

Pizza was burnt, and the portions were minimal. It was out first time there. The girl was not helpful about how it all worked and we just picked a already made up selection. Got it to go. Got back to find it burnt and horrible.

Had our first visit, for a birthday celebration and we really enjoyed it! Clean place, friendly staff and such yummy food! The toppings are so good and such a great selection of them too! This will now become a regular spot for us. 40 bucks for 4 with leftovers. I regularly spend over 60 other places.

Love MOD, but this location needs new management stat. Placed an online order for 6:30 pick up and was still waiting for it 35 minutes later. When I first walked in, it took 5 minutes and my calling attention to the worker to even be acknowledged. Then I had to wait 35 minutes for my order to be ready and check in twice to make sure it was even in process. Save yourself the hassle and find another location to order from. They weren’t even understaffed which is what shocks me. The picture shows the result of waiting 35 minutes. I couldn’t even complain because I had to get the non burnt pizza home to a hungry 3 year old.

It’s okay. They sell small personal pizzas that they cut into four slices. You pick your toppings and they will have it ready in 10 minutes. The crust is very thin so when baked there’s not much to chew. The sauce was skimpy as was the cheese. I only had a cheese pizza so I don’t know about their toppings. Okay but not like getting a regular slice.

This store is absolutely disgusting. There’s garbage and food all over the floor. The garbage by the drink station is so overflowing that there are actual flies surrounding it. Most of the drinks are out of order. Every single table is sticky and dirty. The staff is unbelievably slow too. It took my wife almost 30 minutes to order and there were only 2 people in front of her when she arrived. It then took another 15 minutes for their pizza to go in the oven because the cook was taking a 20 minute bathroom break. Every single surface in this restaurant is disgusting and dirty. There were 5 people working and not one of them was cleaning. Had my wife seen how dirty it was before ordering, she would have left immediately. We won’t be coming back anytime soon. My kids really wanted to stay and eat at the restaurant but it was too dirty and gross to stay. We are extremely disappointed.

Terrible. There’s barely any cheese on my pizza. My toppings have all slid off my pizza whenever I pick it up. Not even edible because everything just tasted like it was drowned in bbq sauce.
