Honestly this is the nicest chick fil A I’ve ever been to! Actually nicest fast food place!! The service felt like a 5 star restaurant!! So many employees and all SO attentive and sweet and accommodating!!! Very clean too!! I live like an hour away and was passing through and I’m so impressed!! I wish all places were like this!! Great job yo this team! Manager and owner should be so proud!!

Wow!! Who doesn’t love Chick-fil-A?? We got here around 8:30 and dined in using the mobile app. Everything was very clean-spotless AND shiny!! It wasn’t real busy so great atmosphere for a nice morning breakfast with my sweetie. I had the chicken biscuit with egg, bacon and Mayo, a parfait, water and a frosted coffee with chocolate syrup. My wife got the chicken biscuit sandwich with egg white and chick-fil-a sauce. Both were warm, fresh and amazing!! The parfaits were great but they forgot the granola, it was so good I was half done before I realized it was missing!! The frosted coffee was out of this world!! Matt Woods runs a great Chick-fil-A!! Always a “pleasure “ to come here!! Make the trip you will love it-the staff is always polite and smiling!!

I generally love Chik Fil A’s food, and across most of their locations their service is excellent. This location, however, seems to give me the wrong order about half of the times I go there. The last three times in a row I’ve gone through the drive thru I’ve been given someone else’s order. On multiple occasions the wrong order has been put in by their team member in the first place. After one occasion I contacted the store management by email (something I literally have never done before or since) because the problem is so common, but I received no response.

Wow! I dined in on a Tuesday, and I was greeted with amazing customer service by someone named Sarah with black and blonde hair! I ordered a Chick-fil-A deluxe meal, and it came out amazing! I love this place, would visit again, shoutout to Sarah for making my experience great! 10/10

If I could leave zero stars I would. I usually go through the drive through and it’s a good experience but the one time I go inside, AWFUL customer service. I walked in, no one greeted me when I walked in, I went to the register and 3-4 employees all looked at me and did not come up to take my order until I said “excuse me, can someone please help me?” Now, I understand the poor history of racism, homophobia, and discrimination that Chick Fil A has. I guess I felt like for some odd ignorant reason, I’d be immune. Clearly I was wrong. The next customer that came in had a completely different experience than me. I saw them immediately told by an employee that they would be helped by a staff member soon, they were greeted very quickly after, and had great customer service. Afterwards I was fed up, so I asked for a to-go bag and to speak to a manager. Then, the manager had one of her team members come up to me and speak with me. I explained how I had a poor experience and I was met with excuse after excuse. “We’re just so busy, I was distracted, etc”. Then she asked which employees were around when I was at the front counter. I looked around at the employees and said I did not know, it was a few people. Then, I explained that I was ignored when I walked in and noticed the next customer receive the Chick Fill A, “my pleasure “ experience. That was that and I left and received an apology but they will no longer receive a penny from me.

Remind you, this Chick Fil A borders Lorain and Amherst. Lorain has a pretty diverse population so they got many different people coming in. You’d think they’d actually see me as a person or maybe a human but DID NOT.

Chick fil a has great food but when it comes to actually giving you the exact order its severely lacking. We ordered IN the actually store and not only did they mixed up a chicken sandwich for a pretzel chicken sandwich but they missed a whole chicken sandwich out of our order. I don’t know if they were training someone or if it’s just so hectic in there that they didn’t hear clearly but that was one of the worst experiences we ever encountered at a chick fil a

Food was good but I asked specifically for a grilled club bc has the bacon on it and I received a regular grilled sandwich. Pretty frustrating when it’s a craving. Also asked if the frozen lemonade has dairy and was told no and it does my first time having the cherry drink at all and thought it would just be a frozen lemonade; I asked to makes sure there wasn’t dairy and the worker said no so I’m a little frustrated can’t drink it now. I have no idea what happened. This Chick-fil-A needs an evaluation. My standards are usually high for Chick-fil- A since they typically hold themselves to high standards. I should have known something was up when they were completely empty.
I asked for Chick-fil-A sauce, not extra, just wanted some on the side. Just a couple on the side like they usually do and the lady who took my order rolled her eyes at me. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and usually they make it a combo and maybe it was my fault for not asking for a combo but after I ordered my sandwich I said “oh can I have a soda with that?” (Yeah I’m drinking soda at 9 am lol) and she said very rudely “well you didn’t ask for a combo, I didn’t make that a combo” I wouldn’t have taken her frustration or annoyance to heart if I wasn’t still ordering….I’ve worked in fast food before I know how easy it is to add onto an order when you haven’t paid yet.
I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if people are normally rude here. I had a very bad experience which is new for me when eating at a Chick-fil-A
I got a breakfast burrito and a breakfast sandwich, both were good. Although my burrito kept falling apart lol
Service was poor.
Atmosphere was like walking into a funeral home. Very gloomy. I usually love Chick-fil-A I don’t understand what happened.
