That Mexican lady at the window on 12/23/2025 at night time around 9pm she is a very disrespectful women and out of pocket I will be going to corporate if she’s not fired. Apparently, Taco Bell no longer asks you if you want sauces. Very annoyed that I had to drive all the way back to get mild sauce because they never once asked me if I wanted sauce. Back in the day they would assume you wanted sauce and just toss some in. Very disappointed..

Ordered for pick-up online via DoorDash. Upon approaching the drive thru me and my dinner date were greeted with something along the lines of, “Just so you know we’re out of cheese and some other ingredients and we’re closed but still technically open” even though it was about another hour before their posted closing time. Fortunately the order was already put together so we didn’t have to wait long.
The exchange at the window was awkward and silent. Upon receiving the order I had noticed my soda had a bit missing off the top, not a big problem but not a hard thing to have avoided. I was disappointed with how few sauce packets we were given. The crunchwrap supreme I ordered was very flat, had an open hole on the bottom part where it’s supposed to be folded together, and had barely any chicken on it so it was basically a warm tortilla with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
It wasn’t horrible as far as relieving my craving for Taco Bell but it definitely wasn’t worth what I had paid for it.
