This is my favorite one to come to!! I’ve been a loyal customer for about 4 years and everytime I come in they are always so kind and welcoming!! I brought a drink in from a different Starbucks to just get a Venti cup to put it in and they offered to remake the whole drink because it was not correct! Love this crew so much!!

Me and my family came thru and ordered 3 simple drinks. A grande pink drink. It came out completely fine. A grande peppermint mocha. Came out no sleeve on cup could barley hold it, when I went to open the lid to let it cool due to how hot it was the cup wasn’t even full it was 1/2 full. A vanilla latte with an extra pump of vanilla. The dang thing was sugar free. Only complaining due to the fact this was 20$, they didn’t give correct drink mixing syrup or inform of being out (if that was the case). Not to mention my cup was half gone before I even drank it. I used to work at a Starbucks and I understand the frustration and busy days but come on die better.

Amazingly fast during a time when there we sooooo many people. My order was accurate and it tasted delicious!!! Everyone was so friendly, smiling and treated every customer in the shop like they were family. Hannah made the best latte and Erik had me laughing even after it was time to go. I’ll be back!

Starbucks in Sevierville, Tennessee is one of the best Starbucks location nationwide. After visiting Starbucks in Los Angeles, Hawaii, New York, South Florida, Disney World and elsewhere, the friendliest staff, the best service, and the freshest food has always been my experience at the Sevierville Starbucks. I return again and again. The staff know me by name and greet me every time with a warm and friendly welcome. Employee morale is extraordinarily high, exemplified by strong leadership and employees whose contributions must be rewarded (or they wouldn’t smile as big as they do!). This Starbucks should be a template for many other Starbucks locations around the world. A++ experience, every time.

I’ve never had issues with this location before but this morning I ordered an item that was out of stock but the app didn’t reflect that. I always order on the app because I’m on my way to work and this is the most effective way I can enjoy Starbucks and I always leave earlier so I have plenty of time to pick up and get to work on time. When I got there I was able to get my coffee but stood there forever waiting on my other item. I walked to the register and they said oh it’s out of stock and they had put a bag out with that note on it. I walked back over and seen a bag there but it was covered with other orders so I never would have seen it. There needs to be a better process in place when items are out of stock so I’m not late for work the next time.

I visited 10/13/25 . I placed a mobile order and waited the recommended amount of time the app gave me . The app said ready around 3:43 PM , I pulled up to the speaker at 3:46 . I always mobile order for this location and never had an issue . When I tell the barista I was there to pickup my mobile order she sighed and said “What is the name ?” I gave her my name and I got a big huff and puff with “they’re trying to work on it now so just pull around.” I said thank you and got no reply . Definelty do not appreciate made to feel less than simply for a mobile order . I tried to ask how she was at the window and just got my stuff handed to me , have a good day , and the windows promptly shut . I am not asking to be treated like royalty but being made feel like nuisance isn’t great .

I had a disturbing experience at this Starbucks that has now influenced me to no longer choose Starbucks for my coffee and school days. I was targeted by a barista at this store who apparently doesn’t like to see successful young women working on their laptops early in the morning. I just wrapped up a month long vacation and was on a very intentional road trip and considering multiple new cities for relocating soon as well. I have management experience and currently getting my Masters Online in Digital Marketing. I’m also on my 3rd business startup endeavor. I had an interview / in person resume drop off planned for Dollywood at 8:00-9am that morning and arrived super early to update my resume and finish all my school assignments due before I headed back to Franklin, TN where I LIVE. I purchased 3 drinks during my visit, over about 3 hours, and was minding my business the whole time on my laptop. When I went to the bathroom before I was about to leave, I came back to my table and noticed an older female barista was outside standing near my SUV and had a broom in her hand but wasn’t sweeping or cleaning, she was talking on her headset. She saw me at the table and knew that I saw her and she got immediately nervous and ran back inside and grabbed a cleaning spray to appear busy. When I went outside and asked her if she was looking in my car she didn’t respond she just said “did you take a photo of me?” and I said excuse me? Why would you be concerned about that if you weren’t doing anything wrong? This lady was clearly seeking confirmation to her bias and prejudice of a young woman arriving early to work on her laptop. This was the last day of my vacation before I headed back home and I wanted an early start before the interview so I could get all my tasks done plus school. You have no idea what people are going through. I’m currently caring for my grandad who has dementia and took a WELL-DESERVED month long solo vacation for myself. I was an outdoor guide during college at UTC too and I feel confident traveling solo. Society seems to be ignorant and bitter even though it’s 2025 and Starbucks is hiring people who are targeting young working professionals? This was ridiculous and uncalled for and absolutely unacceptable. I have now chosen to no longer do business with Starbucks after this incident. This was disgusting to witness and Starbucks needs to hire better people. The lady was clearly upset that a younger woman was doing well professionally and she wanted a reason to discriminate against me as a PAYING CUSTOMER. I’m a woman of faith and I take this very seriously. If you don’t like your job, get a new one or invest in your career growth. I will not tolerate such behavior from a place of business. If you’re a female in school, don’t go here solo at any time of day because apparently you’ll be targeted for no reason at all. If someone is a paying customer and busy and minding their business, I advise you to leave them alone and mind the law. My mom worked for law enforcement for 10 years, so I take this stuff very seriously. I advise you to be very mindful of how you are treating your paying customers especially those who are business professionals. Best of luck to that store.

Ordered Pumpkin spice chai lattes. The ones that come standard with the cold foam. Get told they were out of pumpkin stuff. Said that’s fine can we have one just like the pumpkin one without the pumpkin. Cashier laughs and says so a chai latte. And we’re like yes. Thinking we would get it pumpkin spice style with the foam. Instead we get watered down chai lattes with no foam.
