If only i could give -5 stars i would. Made a mobile order at this location and went and sat at the drive -thru window for almost 10 mins. No one ever said anything after i yelled hello! Drove up to the window and the 2 females instantly had attitudes one was chomping away on food. Told us to pull up to the side so they can do the order sat there for almost 20 mins. Mean while there was no customers here. Then a car pulls up orders food and picks it up at the window and drives away. How did they get their order so quick? Mean while still waiting on mine. The female looked like she was a manager looked a mess and came outside Like we disturbed her eating and sleep! Dont feel comfortable eating this food as their attitude gave off im gonna spit on the food. They can keep that food! Crazy pay for food and have to worry about someone doing something to it !! SMH

Waited in first in line for 10 minutes while employee cleared all 4 orders before me. Watched manager make my sandwich incorrectly. They had no onions, no choices other than sugared drinks in the Coke freestyle machine. Waited anes 11 minutes for the fries to c ok. Even asked for just my sandwiches so I could leave and was told to wait a minute. Fries were finally ready and asked for ketchup and salt as I was being handed order and told to get salt from the counter with the utensils. Since I had been to this Wendy’s the day before I knew nothing was stocked there. I returned to the. Punter and asked for salt and employee took 2 additional orders, never addressing my request for salt. I then told the 8-10 people in line it would be 30 minutes before they got waited on.

Worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had, and from the comments, looks like I’m not alone. Waited a few minutes at the register without being acknowledged, so I ordered in the app, used the restroom, and took my dog out. Came back in 10 minutes later, and the order still wasn’t done. Someone who ordered from the register after I came back in from walking the dog got their order almost instantly. You’re in business because of your customers. Try to act like you care.

Decided to give Wendy’s a try on our trip. Instead of trusty McDonalds. What an absolute mess. 20 minutes in line. Food took 10 more minutes. Got out to the car and there were no fries in the bag. Went back in and the lady said she needed to see a receipt. So back out to the car. Well of course there was no receipt. The woman at the counter proceeded to argue that she knew what we ordered. Well she was wrong. She pulled up the receipt from the register and instead of admitting she was wrong she walked away and someone else needed to help us. Like we were trying to steal a medium fry order. Unbelievable. Never again. Not only was this Wendy’s not fast food. It was not hot food. And it was a terrible experience.

Highly disappointed!
I have been stopping at this Wendy’s for years!! Seriously, YEARS! The team was understaffed, there was a lack lazy teamwork, customer service was nonexistent and it was very slow. I have never had this type of service here and hope to never again.
While the burger was good and the fries were not greasy which was a plus, the overall experience was just sad and if I wasn’t a repeat customer this would have been my LAST TIME. I mean there are other fast food places in the vicinity.
The overall question is “Will I be back?” Yes, I will be coming back however I only believe in 2 chances, not 3!

To start off, the bathrooms are completely dirty. They smell and the floors are all sticky. It looks like they haven’t been cleaned in days.
The lobby was also sticky and disgusting. They were completely out of condiments as well and the lady at the register did not know how to work the Wendy’s app when I was trying to get a coupon to scan.
The food itself wasn’t bad, as I said they were out of condiments so none of the burgers had mayo or anything. I doubt I’ll be back again.

It was very dirty. Tables and floors were very sticky. There was a dead cockroach next to my table. Bathroom was filthy and had broken toilet, broken trash can and no paper towels. Kids meal did not come with toy and they were out of milk. Designated kid area was very dirty and not suitable for kids. The line was really long as well. Ordering service was so so. Overall, we will not return to this location.

The worst of this chain. Waited 20 minutes while my order sat and got cold. Had to argue to get my food. Very disorganized. No management leadership. Registers went down and no one else could order for 30 minutes. Every surface was filthy. Kids made a game of sliding on the greasy floors. Every table not cleaned. Worst restrooms. Fries were hot, so there’s that.
