1. Does this look appetizing?
2. Why is the patty sticking out of the bun that far?
3. How are you supposed to eat this?
4. Do you use toppings for the cali burger? Not enough to matter from the photo.
5. If you were quality control would you really serve this burger to anybody?

Just had a terrible experience. Ordered food once we got to the window we were told they were out of fries and we can replace with tots and it would take 2-3 minutes. 15 minutes later we get told they magically have fries again and we get served the attached photo. Been here a few times and have never been served these kinds of fries. Tasted awful and were still partially frozen.

The double cheeseburger was just alright. Tasty but wasn’t blown away. The shredded lettuce made it too sloppy for me. Would rather have pickle chips instead of sliders. But more importantly the bun was a major disappointment. Your basic run of the mill generic hamburger bun that looked old enough that some of it already crumbled off and it was not buttered/toasted. I asked for mayo/ketchup and barely tasted it
Returned 2 more times in Jan-Feb 2025 and think I have a winner. I initially got another smash cheeseburger combo and came to the conclusion that I’m just not impressed with the very basic bun that looks bad no matter how fresh it is. As a corporation I would definitely upgrade your hamburger buns.
I tried the grilled cheese burger and I loved it. Made on Texas toast and the sauce was great.

don’t get the chili cheese fries ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ and the burgers have no ketchup mustard or anything on them . 1st opinion of them … annnddd last visit . The girl taking my order was rude .

Don’t stop here if you’re in a hurry. 40 minutes in the drive thru! Was just a few cars in front of me. I would have left the line if I could have. Ridiculous! The food wasn’t terrible but certainly not worth the wait or the price! Really sad portion sizes. Reg size shake is 12 ounce cup. $26 for a chicken sandwich combo with a shake plus an orange cream and onion rings (6 onion rings that were more breading than onion). I’ll never waste my time or money here again! DO BETTER FREDDY’S!!!

Food was delicious and the employees that took our orders were very helpful and with a beautiful demeanor however, I am giving one star because the manager was simply horrible. We had coupons as we had visited a previous time and had been inconvenience greatly and I guess he did not like the fact. His demeanor and attitude was unacceptable for customer service especially for a manager of a location. Hopefully someone in a higher position can see this and take care of it and speak to him. You could simply see that the people working under his management were very stressed as well. He needs to understand that he is there to manage and guide and train people not look down on them and belittle them for a lack of better words.
Once again the food was delicious and the employees that took our orders were very nice.

Amazing fast delivery service! My food had to travel 10 miles and was still warm! Patty melt and tots were seasoned perfectly and tasted great. My sundae was small and expensive but worth it because the custard was fresh and delicious. Almost missed the chocolate which was on the bottom and could have used more than a couple of bananas. Will definitely order from this location again!

The fries are a shoe stick size not too crispy with a clean not greasy flavor. They offer special dipping sauce for the fries and seasoning for the fries and steak burger. It was a busy atmosphere.

Normally this place is good we go once a week. Went Saturday Dec 13th at 11am. No line so everything should have been good. Food tasted old and stale especially the buns. Checked ketchup it was empty so girl gave me togo ketchup. You would think she would fill it up then but doesnt. Which if she were busy I would understand but she was standing around. Finally took 2 other people asking before someone else filled it up. Service was fine as usual though but food was not up to par.
