We ordered through the drive-thru, and my brother had to spit out his Spicy Chicken Sandwich after one bite—it was hard, paper-thin, and clearly not made right. I called the store and was told I could bring it in. When I arrived, another customer warned me the manager was rude, and she was right. The manager was dismissive and unprofessional, accusing us of eating most of the sandwich, by saying “next time, don’t eat majority of the sandwich”,even though I had cut it to show what was wrong. Very disappointing experience all around.

Ordered at 5 AM: 1 Sausage McGriddle Combo with OJ, 1 Steak, Egg & Cheese McGriddle Combo with OJ, and 1 extra Sausage McGriddle sandwich. The combos are supposed to include OJ, but I was charged an extra $2.59 twice for the OJs—total rip-off.
Tried explaining the mistake to the cashier multiple times; he seemed completely out of it, like he was high, and couldn’t grasp the issue. Went to the pickup window—same problem with the worker there, who also appeared impaired and rudely told me to back up and talk to the cashier again. Unbelievable incompetence!
On top of that, asked for 4 grape jellies—no jellies in the bag. Had to park, go inside, and explain everything to a Latina employee who actually understood immediately, apologized professionally, and fixed it right away.
The first two (Black young guys tripping) were a nightmare; she was the only competent one. Avoid this location’s drive-thru—total waste of time and money. 1 star.

How the heck do you order a two cheeseburger meal and you only put the burger on one of the two cheeseburgers? Literally the most standard thing that McDonald’s can make is a cheeseburger. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed something up so simple. Don’t ever go here with how many other McDonald’s are close by are close by. Save yourself the trouble…

The actual owner and or general manager of this location should be ashamed. How hard is it to order a number one big Mac with a kids meal. Instead, I somehow managed to get a double cheeseburger and when I asked the lady at the window to correct the order, there was no understanding of what needed to be corrected because they did not understand the words coming out of my mouth

i came in around 1:40 am i know it late but nobody took my order for over 10 mins at the drive through when i pulled around i seen two people in the lobby just talking with three people in line. All i came to get was some ice. I honked my horn and even pulled around to the windows and at that point it seemed like i was being ignored. I’ve worked in fast food before and if there is going to be an extended wait it’s only a courtesy to let someone know on the mic.

Updated review 2024 there’s new management at night (this is the time I’m usually there). I’ve been getting fresh food and better customer service. So I’m changing my rating.
My expectations are low with fast food. The nuggets are usually dried out and hard, bread on sandwiches not fresh, fries not filled up. Also won’t have ice-cream, frappes at night. I’ll usually drive miles out of my way to go to the one on Ritchie Hwy.

This McDonald’s has to be one of the worst in maryland or at least all of anne arundel county. The food isn’t ever hot, it isn’t ever fresh, it’s hardly correct even if you don’t custom order anything and you’re lucky if you get everything that you order. Call the store about any of these problems and their responses while you can just come by and get something to replace it they never account for the fact that you waste your time and money doing so, nor do they care that you have to waste your time and money doing so or that they waste your time and money doing so. Don’t even bother reaching out to upper management because the store managers and district managers don’t ever get back to you. They also have the ever so wonder habit of giving you a 3/4ths filled cups and opened sauce packets. Happy I caught that one before my kid ate it and became ill.

They are always nice but they constantly sweep next to you and all the dirt and dust is in the air while you are trying to eat. They get food orders wrong a lot , but they are quick and friendly.
