Extremely disappointed with this Chipotle location. The place is very unhygienic — floors and tables are dirty, and it looks like no one cares to clean them. The staff doesn’t seem serious about their jobs at all. Their attitude is as if they’re doing customers a favor by serving the food, and most of the time they’re busy chatting among themselves while customers wait in line.
This is my second bad experience here, and that’s enough for me. I’m not coming back to this location again.

I placed a mobile order for two adult quesadillas since they can’t be ordered in-store. When I arrived to place four additional orders in person—one of which included steak—I was immediately told they were out of steak and that they would not be making more. Considering it was only 4 PM, well before the dinner rush, I knew that couldn’t be true. Rather than being given the option to wait, I had to insist on waiting, and the employee seemed visibly annoyed or overwhelmed, despite the fact that the store was not busy.
As I continued placing my orders, the same annoyed employee then told me they were also out of chicken for one of my in-person orders. However, when I went to pick up my mobile order—promised by 4:20 PM but now delayed to 4:50 PM—a different employee handling mobile orders advised me to wait for chicken for my quesadilla. Had the first employee simply told me to wait just a few minutes longer, I wouldn’t have had to settle for a replacement option on one of my orders.
On top of the terrible service and long waits, the portion sizes at this location keep getting smaller and smaller. It’s ridiculous to pay full price for what feels like half a meal. This experience was beyond frustrating, disorganized, and showed that this location does not value its customers.

Normally have a decent experience but my most recent experience has been a massive concern. The portioning of all the ingredients was far less than normal, staff was reluctant to give just a bit extra rice with informing me there was going to be a charge for it. I completely understand that there’s a likely a food waste issue with over portioning but this wasn’t even a normal amount of food. The second concern was about the rice. It’s was barely cooked. Rice shouldn’t be served/cooked “Al dente”. Maybe there was a new team working today, but I don’t think it’s fair to compromise the guest experience this way.

My kids like chipotle bowl and we stopped by this location …. Actually location wise it is awesome .. lots of shopping around. Lots of other restaurants nearby . Lots of parking available . Tesla charging stations available too …
Food was ok here . We asked for rice bowl but they didn’t have brown rice . It takes time for them to refill anything in the food counter . Service was slowwwwww.. the line kept growing and it took us almost 20-25 mins to get our food .. it was a Friday evening . Wish they had more help and hire few more people , especially on weekends . Average experience .. 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I went in person to order. Every Chipotle I have ever been to allows me to put the rice on the side of the bowl with my tacos. This location REFUSED to put the rice on the side. The guy wasn’t nice about it at all. Who eats rice in their tacos? Then they were out of steak, so I went to a different Chipotle in East Brunswick. I was able to order my tacos exactly the way I wanted there (pictured below); no problems with putting rice on the side of the bowl AND no extra charge. It’s probably even less rice than what you put into a bowl which is the exact same cost as tacos. I will not be returning to the North Brunswick location. You need to treat your customers better.

So let me set your reasonable expectations: it’s a busy place that is understaffed and the hiring manager doesn’t seem to think personalities matter. Other than that, the food is fine.

Update: I gave them 5⭐ before but they dropped down 2. They’re ALWAYS out of some form of toppings, especially Fajita Veggies. They need to get themselves together. I’m going to start going to other ones.

This location could be the worst. Brown lettuce again. They have no idea of what a little bit of anything means. They don’t know what it means when you order a salad. They just add Romain and none of the leafy greens. I think the problem is they have poorly trained staff training new staff that means in the long term everyone’s poorly trained. If chipotle corporate cared, they would be here retraining and monitoring to protect their brand
