I was staying at a local hotel, and ordered ‘curdside pickup’. I did have a little trouble locating that area. I was thrilled that I could order broccoli as a side, but I got no utensils or napkins with my order. I would have enjoyed my broccoli much more had I not been forced to eat it with my fingers!

Order the Cod Filet expecting a fist sandwich… I got a Fish-Dog.. one skinny piece of fish half the width of the bread.
After eating the fries for the first time and thinking they were quite good; I was excited to try the sandwich.. But majorly let down with the size, and made it feel like I was eating a mouthful of bread and grease.

Do not bother ordering curbside at this location. When I say every single time, I mean literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I have ever ordered curbside, I have the pleasure of watching countless vehicles pull into the drive-thru, order, and leave while I sit and wait. Absolutely terrible customer service. Why offer curbside at all if I have to wait 15 minutes past my pick up time to get my food? Garbage management

First time trying a Culver’s burger. I’m not a burger person, but my hubby is and he said the Culver deluxe is delicious. I have the mushroom and Swiss and I find the meat to be very flavorful for fast food.

Such a friendly and helpful staff. Bright, clean sitting area. Enjoyed the burgers, cheese curds, and pretzel bites. I had a root beer float, too. Haven’t had one of those in eons, and it tasted so good! We don’t have a Culver’s where we live. We loved it, and will stop again whenever we see one.

Visited on 10/18 around lunch. My girlfriend and I meant to review this earlier to mention one of the outstanding employees by name, but we both have a terrible memory for this sort of thing. All we remember is that it started with an A.
She was running the register & delivered friendly, welcoming service. She was patient for our first time with an overwhelming menu. She even made us her favorite concrete. I’ve never received service like this at any fast casual restaurant near me.
Burgers were tasty. Fried cheese curds were a delight. My girlfriend still talks about the fries. Will be back next time I go to cedar point.

Highly recommend this Culvers. The staff was very kind. In the drive thru they were very patient and helpful, and when we got our food they had written nice little encouraging things on the cups.

For anyone who hasn’t had Culver’s, although it is a bit pricey, it is amazing quality for what you pay for, and the service at this location in particular is amazing. I recommend the butter burger, any form of their ice cream, and cheese curds. This is a great place to stop at if you are in the Midwest.

I got the mushroom and Swiss burger and it was good but just a tad dry. Would of liked for them to add a bit more mayo on it but now I know to ask for a bit extra. The custard was really good tho, no notes. Service was really good as well, it was very busy when we went and they were fast and friendly. Will go again for sure

My daughter, my husband and I went to Culver’s for the first time today. We thought it was very good. We got hamburgers and fries. The hamburger was done just right! There’s the usual offerings for toppings. We got a side of crinkle fries and drinks. We thought it was a good deal for the money. They also had many flavors of ice cream. The restaurant was very clean, and the service was good. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside which was an extra bonus.
