Back in 2024 in August we had one of our worst experiences here yet.
Food was cold. Drinks had what looks like algae in it. The floors we disturbing gross and coworkers have a horrible attitude. Worker’s smoking inside making the food. I saw they drop a cup on the dirty ground and still give it to us.
When we told them very politely out food was cold and drink was dirty the girl in the window snapped at us and slammed the window. They continued to blasted music while the line was full then complained why people were upset. I’m sorry I’m never coming here again. The workers and food are horrible.
Please can someone file this to corporate to keep them in line.

Until now, I had never had nuggets that were somehow overcooked and lukewarm. Fries were cold and this single order from Wendy’s was so bad I’m questioning if life has any meaning at all.

I believe I already have a review for this store, but I’m writing another one because this specific Wendy’s deserves praise. During the late-night hours, this Wendy’s can get busy. The lines can get long at night. And my only guess is that they are understaffed. But that does not stop this shift from providing excellent service.
Ant (not sure how to spell his name) came out and handed me my food fresh. Appreciated my patience and let me know that his team was working hard.

This happened around last year but I was in a long wait line and I saw one of the coworkers
A short olderly women walked out taking a smoke from when my order was up it was just teens working in the building. Only to see the I think manger go back in a yell at them. Jeezzzus.
How can someone be so irresponsible.
Help them not leave them alone!!
There was also black slime behind the soda machine… I feel bad for those teenagers and their work environment.
My food wasn’t the best either everything was cold and mashed together..

This location is terrible. They are always out of something! Tonight it was bacon. We sat in silence for an unreasonable amount of time at the speaker before the lady that clearly doesn’t like her job, rudely told us to “hold on”! We left.

My coworker and I went inside to place our order and after my coworker placed his order we were informed that they did not accept cash so I had to pay for both of our meals with my card. The food was delicious and hot and fresh even though they put half of my order in his bag and half of his order in my bag.

First I waited forever to order no one in line because they was doing shift change which I have worked fast food and heard the manager tell the person behind me the same thing. Then they got my order wrong and had to add more to it which isn’t that big of a deal the gentleman was really friendly working the window. But what irritates me the most is I wait 10 minutes for food and it was dumped all over the bag I was missing two nuggets my chili wasn’t even barely half full and the beans were hard and it was cold In the nuggets I did get there was two in one one in another and two of them was just dumped everywhere it looked like my food was just thrown in never will I. Go here this was horrible $45 for nothing but food dumped in a bag that’s cold

Floor very dirty, came at near breakfast end but the tables were not wiped down, fries from the day before on floor, just not tidy/clean in general. Staff acted half asleep/out of it.
No ice in machine. No ketchup in condiments. Order was to eat in but bagged to go.
Food was ok (sandwich a bit dry) but cold by the time I got my drink & ketchup.

So we went to Wendy’s on needmore on Saturday they weren’t busy it was 5pm I ordered 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers and a Dave’s double and some nugs. We took the food home to eat and the junior bacon’s were missing tomato I thought the Dave’s double had a hole in the bun but it was a unidentified crusty scab looking object about the size of a quarter and to top it off I found a very course long gray hair in between the meat patties needless to say I threw up with disguist and made a complaint with corporate haven’t heard anything back.
