If you went through the drive-thru, you wouldn’t know better to think that there would only be two people working the graveyard shift. Unfortunately, I had to witness two hardworking individuals manning a high influx of customers late at night and was still met with great professionalism and kind service. Food quality was par at best but in their situation, it can’t be helped. These two men tonight held the restaurant on their backs and have my utmost praise.

This has to be the most unprofessional restaurant on the block . Not only do they have rude customer service they also refuse to open the doors during business hours. Hours of operation on the day clearly state they open their dinning room at 6 am . It’s about to be 8am and the guy stated they are closed . I think it’s crazy how some businesses continue to staff employees that refuse to fulfil their responsibilities.

I’ve been ordering online and picking up thru the drive thru for as long as I could remember. Today I ordered the same and out of no where I was told to pick it up inside. Why dont they change their app accordingly. Not to mention my order should of been done at 9:20 pm, and it wasn’t even done. A guy ordered 2 tacos and waited more than 15 mins. My order wasn’t completed till after 9:40. Im more than sure this is why I had to get off because I clearly heard her tell the other male that she needed my oder to be started on. When I clearly placed my order online by 9. They need to get it together. When the young male teenagers are working my order is ready by the time I get there. Thats the whole point of me placing an online order and to be picked up by the time it should be ready. They were so in a hurry they didn’t even get my order right either.

Would not recommend this location. Staff is ok just don’t ask for anything but the food is old and nothing is fresh fries are stale and cold burgers are over loaded with mustard and ketchup buns are dry and stale. Fountain drinks taste old and unchanged just unimaginable how they have an A… from where the untouched lobby.

Surprisingly great location. Good, crispy food, service was pleasant and fast, and the place was clean. I’ve been to many different locations, each with so many problems I had almost quit on this food chain. I will return!

This is completely a highway robbery.. I haven’t had one in a while but, went to jack in the crack to get a meat Lovers burrito and holy crap did they just rip me off!!! I paid 21 dollars, with tax, for this… Such a scam!! If u go to jack in the crack, please be aware that the size of the burritos… I remember they used to be so much bigger… Not worth the cost and definitely not worth the cost for the flavor.. I’d rather go to the near by Mexican restaurant and get double what I got and actually taste good and not like oil!!! Never again.. I included a packet of their hot sauce for size comparison!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Picked up lunch here and got a sandwich on sourdough bread and it was not toasted after having to wait forever to get my order. My wife’s order was also wrong. This is the location you want if you want the wrong order and untoasted buns or bread.
