The food is always great but the customer service is always a hit or miss! The last few times have definitely been a miss. As a former restaurant manager, I know how hard it is to find good help at those fast food wages but you have to stay on your employees. Not sure if secret shoppers are still a thing but it should be and reward the employees when they do well. That usually helps to keep morale up.

From the design of the low back hi boy stools to the stscked 100lb bags of peanuts giving warehouse aesthetic, nothing about this five guys says we want you to stay and enjoy the atmosphere. I just finished eating here, and the hamburger tasted like lighter fluid. I mentioned it to the manager and went to throw away half of the hamburger and all of the french fries. When I came back in, they were all laughing. I’m not sure what the joke is; maybe something was in the food, but I will leave one-star reviews everywhere I can maybe that will be funny.
PS I know the owner (twin brothers) and will make sure to tell them the big ex failed football playing dude was the manager and the one who led the laughing. A grown man… that’s not customer service buddy. You said you didn’t care if I left a review. Hope you like this one and the one on yelp.

Food was delicious, customer service was TRASH. Associate: young stout, African American woman with glasses was very rude. When we didn’t hear our number called, she proceeded to scream at the top of her lungs. When we came up to the counter for our food, she rolled her eyes.

Great burgers and awesome fries. Absolutely love the fresh cut fries and the heap of fries they toss inside the brown paper back. Only down side is they are a bit pricey. They also offer peanuts while dining in. Staff was great, management handled the team well although they were super busy when I visited.

I’m trying to understand how if there’s an order placed beforehand and there are multiple people working and no one in the restaurant, how does it take 10 minutes to get an order? I asked the manager this and she couldn’t make sense of it either.
.. so after speaking with the team I got my answer. They explained to me that they received the order a few minutes before I walked in. It’s five guys so of course everything is made fresh to order. So while I may have received the order 10 or 15 minutes ago, because I do GrubHub, they got it later.

Not that I’m surprised, but my double cheeseburger and fries were fantastic from this Five Guys. I know it’s policy, but it really is wild seeing them dump an extra big scoop of fries into the bag. Really feels like I’m getting my money’s worth!
The only problem I had was that they didn’t quite get the order correct. I asked for mustard on the burger, but the only condiment on it was mayo. It wasn’t the end of the world, it was still delicious, but not quite what I ordered. I’d still very much recommend Five Guys if you want a good fast food burger, though.
