if i can give them a -5 star i would, horrible communication and ridiculous order timing. Tried calling to get an update and they straight up hung up on me. No explanation, no help, just click. Orders take forever, no one communicates what’s going on, and customer service is clearly not a priority. If you’re going to run a business, at least answer the phone and treat people with basic respect.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Went in this morning for breakfast. The girl at the window asked me to park at spot 1 because they had to change the orange juice. 10 minutes go by and I still don’t have my orange juice. I see everyone in the drive thru getting their orange juice and I’m STILL waiting. So I go inside to ask about it and it’s just sitting there on the counter. The girl apologized and tried to give me pies but I don’t want the freaking pies. I wanted my orange juice. And they just left it on the counter until I came inside to ask for what I was asked to wait for at the parking spot outside

I always buy in this unit, but today I was attended by an extremely rude person, I wouldn’t let us talk, I was trying to ask for extra salt and the attendant wouldn’t let us talk. He closed the Tru drive window in my face. I didn’t want to tell us his name, it happened at 5:50 p.m. In the end, our sandwich came totally wrong, I realized that several customers were having problems with this lady. the manager Alex helped us, however, I hope someone would do something about this lady. If you don’t want to ruin your day, don’t come to this unit in the afternoon, don’t come on the drive tru that time.

Just got back from drive thru and seriously quality has gone down. This is a large fry and a sundae. Looked dead eye at the lady she said that’s how it comes. 5.58 for maybe a potatoe worth of fries. Just seriously? When their ice cream machine works it just doesn’t give you anything. This has been going on for too long and it’s not just once they short you on food they also forget to give you your food. Literally took me 23 minutes for 8 cars to get food today. Managers are no help they usually look at you like “what do you expect? I dont get paid enough for this” just avoid fast food nowadays just wanted something quick and easy. Although the nuggets were hot but one was not cooked all the way.

I was waiting in line at the drive thru and I got to the screen to order before customers in the other lane and I was never attended to. Someone else that was behind me backed up, got into the other drive thru lane and was attended before I was. That is by far the poorest drive thru service I’ve ever experienced, some of us don’t have the time to be waiting around for nothing. I would have preferred to be stuck in line as long as I knew I was next to have my order taken.

Hands down the worst mcdonalds I’ve been to. Not only did one of their employees say he was about to throw my order away when I was at the exact place they said to wait at. They also forgot my kids’ orders of fries but also cheeseburgers! And couldnt even give us fresh fries or burger! Highly do not recommend ever coming to this mcdonalds. They cant even wrap a mcdougle right! Definitely will not be going again! And also this is what they serve people! None of my order was even cooked right they’re lucky I didn’t get a picture of all my food!

We bought 2 items a small french fry and a regular cheeseburger with extra ketchup. It was a small snack to share on our travels home.
The burger came DROWNED in ketchup. Almost like someone was trying to be a bit of a jerk about the extra ketchup request.
I ended up tossing the burger. I took a pic as a second thought but i had already wiped a huge bit of ketchup off of it an attempy to make it palatable.
