Phantom Ace
I am straddling between a 3 and a 4. Because the hostess, bartender, table busser and waitress were all the same person (and we still got attentive service) I am moving to a 4 overall. When we first walked in, we waited for a host for a bit. There was a manager that could have helped out a bit more as he seemed mostly unbusy. The food was definitely a solid 3 however.

Our experience at Red Robin was extremely disappointing. We waited almost two hours just to receive our appetizers, and our total time in the restaurant was about 2.5 hours, most of which was spent simply waiting for food.
When our meals finally arrived, the orders were inaccurate and did not match what we requested. Corrections took additional time, and there was very little communication or urgency shown by our server, John White. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but the lack of organization, accuracy, and attentiveness made the situation much worse.
Overall, the service and food quality were well below expectations. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not return or recommend this location.

This place has gotten poor quality food, I got sick when I got home. I had the chicken sandwich with bacon & avocado w/a salad. The salad was large chunks of head lettuce & small cut cucumbers with courtons. So my guess is something wasn’t fresh that got me sick. My friend had a hamburger w/ bottomless fries. The fries didn’t even taste like potatoes. The food could not have been fresh. This place needs a visit from the health/safety board.

I love this location and the area is nice. I enjoy shopping and stopping by the red robin for a quick bite. Everyone here is kind and welcoming. It’s a good place to stop by if you need a quick lunch but have some time to sit and relax for a bit!

When we walk in the hostess wasn’t sure if we could sit at the bar and, Nick yelled as if we were deaf, I really don’t know what that was about. We sat at the bar and was taken care of by August made us feel comfortable and welcomed, Which gave us some of the best service and brought out the food promptly and perfectly.

Great place per usual time and time again we visit the red Robin franchise..!! It’s always a wait most days but as you’re waiting you notice it’s open tables but I don’t know lol..!! Anywho the food was good the service and waiters were amazing the location has so many stores around for a great shopping experience overall..!!

I have been to this location a few times. But today, I came in and was disrespectfully ignored by staff. (Older white male with dark hair and tattoos). I sat waiting for a table but was ignored and a family who came in after me got sat first. I was never even acknowledged, as a black women this felt racist. I WOULD NOT GO IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR.

Went in to get the promotional $9.99 deal for 3 of us. Online indicated double stack and any of the standard sides and soft drinks unlimited and included. Waitress setup table kiosk to tip/pay. Seemed a bit high but proceeded to checkout and selected to email itemized receipt. Upon checking this later was charged extra for lemonade on one order and $2.99 upcharge for garlic fries when told all sides are included. My 9.99 deal turned into a $13.99 deal. My bad for not questioning Bill at checkout! Never an upcharge at Chili’s for $10.99. Back to Chili’s we go for larger burger and unlimited drink and fries! Sorry Red Robin!

Service was a little slow for the time of day and traffic. The food was good but a bit pricey. My husband ordered close to what was on the $9.99 burger combo but was not told about the special. He would have chosen that option. As it was, we spent $65 for lunch and would have saved more than $10. Look at the specials before you order!
