The atmosphere would have been nice accept there was a terrible smell coming from one of the bathrooms on one side of the restaurant. Smelled like sewage. I had a good waiter but the food was a little off. My noodle bowl was really sweet, the steak in it had no seasoning and the the steak in the Philly cheese steak was very salty. The spinach artichoke dip was good but you only get a small portion with a whole lot of chips that will go to waste.

Review: 0/10 – Ruby Tuesday needs to be shut down
I don’t know what is going on in Ruby Tuesday’s kitchen, but this experience was absolutely HORRIFIC.
First plate came out with so much oil in the pasta I literally had to send it back because it was disgusting. Like it was sitting in a puddle of grease… it wasn’t even a sauce.
They bring my food back out and I’m thinking okay maybe they fixed it.
NOPE.
There was a roach in my food.
Not a small flake. Not seasoning.
A BUG. In. My. Pasta.
The staff was laughing at this, showed no empathy.
At that point I lost my appetite completely. I don’t care how hungry you are — there is no excuse. That means their kitchen is nasty and not being kept clean. I will NEVER eat here again and I honestly don’t recommend anyone else risk it either.
Do better Ruby Tuesday. This is unacceptable.

Nice selection on salad bar, the food was good but a little cool when it arrived, the cheese on my burger was intact and not melted but still tasty. The waitress and staff were very friendly and attentive as we were there later in the evening. I’m happy to see it doing well.

Did takeout wings and fries over the weekend. Was the first time I had stepped back into Ruby Tuesday in over 10 years…. Restaurant use to be packed every night after 5pm, then went through a management spell… Overall it was not bad… Food was great, fries were great, service was great, still has an semi-old-school vibe… I would come again for sure. Old time regulars, give it a try. Food is good. Service is good. It definitely is not like it use to be 10+ Years ago but its a nice change-up for Henderson.. What more can you ask for?

Had not been to Ruby Tuesday in a good while (Henderson,NC) location due to poor experiences in the past. However we went on a whim on 1/09/26. I must say the servers were on point. They checked on us often. The food was ready in a good timely manner. The food was good, I wouldn’t say a 100 maybe would rate it a 94. But the atmosphere and service was so good and delightful! The manager was amazing also!

Went in yesterday at 3:30 and the whole left side was empty and they must of forgot about us . After 10 minutes we got our drinks and the waitress said I’ll take your order but we never got menus. So after getting menus she never came back lol so after 30 minutes I put a 10$ bill on the table to cover the 2 cokes we didn’t drink and we left. Guess she was to busy hanging out at the bar

Didn’t eat there. Went to eat but the noise level was too much. It took a good 10 minutes before anyone even attempted to seat us. We just had a drink instead. I have eaten at other Ruby Tuesday’s and was very pleased, just not this one.

I stopped while on a road trip mostly because I wanted the salad bar. Ruby Tuesday’s always have an excellent salad bar. I wanted a little protein so I ordered a cheese steak which was a special. It was very greasy and I wish I had passed. The server was adequate. He dropped the straw when he brought me my drink and then just picked it up off the floor and set it on the table. I don’t use a straw so I didn’t correct them but obviously not a good practice. The salad bar was tasty and had ample selections as always. Everything seemed fresh.

A Fantastic Experience with Standout Service!
Stopped in for dinner and drinks last night and had an absolutely wonderful time.
We sat at the bar and were lucky enough to have Britney as our bartender. She is a true asset to the restaurant! Britney was so friendly and attentive, making great conversation and ensuring our glasses were never empty. She has a real talent for making you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. Her positive energy is contagious!
The food was delicious—the burger was cooked perfectly and the salad bar was fresh and well-stocked. But honestly, it was Britney’s fantastic service that truly made our evening. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for her section!
If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in. Five stars all around
