Ordered the Groovy Fries with my meal and was very disappointed with their quality. They were served cold and hard. Having previously worked at Sonic for several years, I understand the standards expected for food quality, and it was clear that the employee handling expo at this location on 12/7/25 at approximately 3:00 PM was not ensuring those standards were met.

Given that this was during a slower hour, the quality should have been even more consistent. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will be choosing to visit the 2nd Street location moving forward.

This was the worst sonic trip i have had in a while. The app wasn’t working, my drink was made wrong, and my burrito was thrown together very poorly with some of the items being flat out on the outside of the tortilla. Im usually not one to leave a bad review but as a prior employee this was just awful. It really has gone downhill in the last couple years. I will not be back.

Missing $2.69 worth of food in addition to throwing away a $14.09 cheese burger. I get it, it’s fast food but $40.00 and it being wrong, insane.

Contacted customer service for a refund on the $2.69 they couldn’t help. Called the store, no answer. It’s shameful considering this is locally owned. Heber Springs location would never.

Last night me, my fiance and 2 children wrecked badly pulling into the parking lot, I have no clue who the employee was but I wish I did. The employee came outside to check on us and brought the food and drinks we had ordered online outside to us. Thank you for being so kind to my family. Sonic NEEDS more employees like you. Roll back the cameras and give that guy a raise for the best customer service served!

We stopped in and ordered on the app. We got drinks a snack wrap and Jr cheeseburger.
Everything was great except the cheeseburger was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. I didn’t say anything about it because we were in a hurry. That’s the 2nd time I’ve gotten cold food from them.

It’s fast food… its hit or miss. I have to say exactly how I want the food cooked and they still give you rubber bacon. Who eats rubber bacon? Also why in the world would you put a whole sausage in a burrito? The app SUCKS!

I guess when u pay cash your change becomes a tip. Bill was 15 and some change handed a 20 to him and he walked back in the store like that’s how It was supposed to happen. I dont remember the guys name but that was dirty. Ironically I’ve always left a $5 tip with the servers at sonic. If he would’ve handed my change back he would have gotten the 5 dollar bill I was holding in my other hand

One star for the people who work there and have no part in the chaos. The most recent incident (they have a tendency to mess things up quite frequently, sadly) pushed me over the edge. Someone actually took a bite out of this burger… then threw it on a bun and wrapped it up. The only thing they offered to compensate for their “mistake” was a free cheeseburger. I was offended and appalled. I’m afraid I’m done with this one. Someone should have been fired for this.

There was a dead fly in my Reeses Blast! The worker was nice about it and gave us a new one with a new spoon. If you get anything from there just check and make sure there are no dead flies.

Ordered my usual Dt Strawberry Limeade, which has always been a diet limeade with fresh cut up strawberries. Received a cherry limeade. Went back thru drive-thru handed it back and let them know the error. Received a what I assume was a new drink and drove away, only to find out it was also a cherry limeade.
