My waitress was phenomenal on mine and my fiance experience she was kind and polite I wasn’t able to get her name but she was amazing. We ordered two fish (piece) dinner which i thought came with soup or salad which didn’t get offered. Our fries were cold and soggy not pleasant, and our fish was amazing. Coleslaw was decent i gave it to my fiance to eat as it had a different taste to it. We then requested a three meat skillet to take home for our family member to eat. As I said fish was amazing. Never have I seen a Belgian waffle that came to the table plain and burnt, but apparently that is what the servers are trained to bring to the table instead of telling the cooks to re-do it. My son’s bacon was overcooked and no one wanted to eat it. My daughter’s cinnamon swirl French toast was also burnt. Terrible visit today.

Service was horrendous today. We had to flag down a waitress to order food and then another waitress yelled from across the restaurant that we did already have service because of a glass we moved to the end of the table after we sat down. Waitress yelled at us for sitting at a “dirty” table and blamed us for why we never got any service. I’ve never been so humiliated in a restaurant setting in my life. We have been longtime customers at this location and have partnered with the manager on numerous occasions for PTA events.

July 2022 – came here with my children and friends after camping near by. Nice place to get some food. My middle daughter loves spaghetti and she gave it two thumbs up. I ordered the patty melt with fries. Not bad. Good place to try. Waitress was very nice and she covering around 6 tables. She did a great job getting us drinks. Staff was great too.

Owner is rude, unaccommodating, and a detriment to the restaurant’s success. Did a pickup order, which was entirely wrong. Chicken finger pitas(2) had Swiss instead of American cheese, had no lettuce and no ranch. When I called to explain everything that was wrong, I was offered no credit or other accommodation to correct the order. The Owner specifically refused to do anything to correct or right the mistakes—literally said there was nothing he was willing to do. Terri, the manager, was nice and handled the situation the best she could, but the Owner hamstrung her customer service duties. I would highly recommend going to a different Leo’s. I certainly will not ever be going back.

The place was nice and clean. The waitress was good. The cashier was cold…not friendly at all. The coney dogs were blah. The HiC orange was watered down tasting. The nacho tasted like chili with more unseasoned meat thrown on it…it was terrible and was not worth $6.99. He tossed 90% of it out. The fries and the root beer float were the only two things we enjoyed. I will not return.

Not bad. Your typical Coney Island. Good service and fast cooking. Decent prices. Big menu. Plenty of good food to eat. Very spacious! Very open area. Easy parking. Good pick order service.
The only negative is the bathroom needs some work.
Otherwise, a good Coney Island if you need one. I did notice a lot of teens. Maybe a teen hangout?

Came in with my daughter and husband while business was slow (10/4/25 around 7:00pm) and found a spot to sit. We proceeded to wait for 30 minutes while being stared at by servers (who were standing around) who all noticed our presence, and nobody came over to take our order. Finally had enough and left. For clarity’s sake, there were only 8 families in the restaurant when we walked in and an entire section closed off.
