I placed a pick up order and when I went in they didn’t have an order under my name. The guy was very nice about it. He told me they have another location and maybe I had sent it there. I checked my phone and I did in fact order it to the wrong location. He basically was just like no worries we will make it here for you and I’ll go ahead and call our other location and have it cancelled there. I didn’t even have to ask he just solved all my problems for me. Didn’t make me feel dumb for messing up the order even though it was totally my fault. I went out to my car to wait because I had already messed up and I didn’t want to wait in there breathing down their necks for my pizza. So I’m just sitting in my car and this man brings my pizza out to me in 20 degree weather. He didn’t have to go above and beyond for me especially since it was my fault to begin with but he did anyways. The pizza was obviously fantastic just like it always is but even if it was bad the service alone would have made up for it.

Came in for a lunch on a non-busy Monday. I peeked outside and noticed the spacious, clean outside patio but chose the inside bar. Regina, the bartender, was welcoming and pleasant. I ordered a lunch special pocket calzone ($10, included 2 toppings of anchovies, green peppers, shredded mozzarella, pizza sauce). The calzone had high flavor, crispy tasty crust, and fresh tomato sauce.
Will gladly come to the original JT’s again and to the new Dublin location this year.

Chris the “manager” or whoever you are. The bartender was keeping some of the old caps from used bottles/wine bottles and you sent her home five minutes later, heck you might’ve fired her. Yeah it started to slow down but obviously that wasn’t the case. She asked you multiple times if there was a problem with her putting them to the side and you completely ignored her and just shook your head. You at her continue a conversation with your buddy rather than addressing the issue. Honestly, in my opinion, who cares about used bottle/wine caps that a restaurant/bar isn’t going to use and just throw away. You can definitely feel a shift in the atmosphere when Chris is around and it’s not a good shift. I love coming here, the food is good and service is great. BUT for Chris you need to look in mirror and chill out over some bottle caps. I’m giving it a two star review because no worker should have to deal with a Chris!

Heard on Common Man and Timmy that they had a cheese pizza here and said it was the best they ever had so I decided to give it a shot. They were not wrong. Crust was great. Pizza was perfectly cooked. Cheese was fantastic. Sauce amazing.
They need to open one around Pickerington or Canal since the drive is quite long but will definitely be making the drive again soon.

Can’t say enough about this place. We accidentally ordered to the wrong JTs last minute and fortunately they were able to complete our order still and wait for us even though we wouldn’t have been able to make it until after close since we wound up going to the wrong one. 10/10 food, people, and place. 1000000 PERCENT RECOMMEND.

So, I asked everyone in the local community what was the absolute best Pizza place with wings and alcohol on the North Side of Columbus. 90% of the people said JT’s, so I had to give it a try. I really liked the restaurant, loved the service, and atmosphere. But I wasn’t won over on the food. This is probably more me than the food. Their pizza is thin crust… like cracker thin. It just wasn’t my style, but I think many people probably love it. The wings were good, and the mixed drinks were ok. Atmosphere for watching games was outstanding, they even have Columbus Crew games on 3 of their tvs (might return just for this), and the wait staff was great. Just wish they had hand tossed pizza. Give them a try.
