I accidentally ordered for another location on the app…this is Atlanta, it happens. The two people working the register were pretty noncommital about it when I asked if I could transfer the order to this location since I’d paid already. They said no (which is fine) and said I had to order again (which is also fine) then proceeded to talk about me while I was in line to place my orders. Is it too much to ask for common courtesy when a simple mistake is made? I hope the managers of this location can find kinder staff to hire, because aside from the kind older lady who made my orders and the gentleman who eventually rang me up, I was met with poor attitudes and poorer customer service. Even though this location is closest to my job, I’d rather take the 45 min trek to a separate location than be berated, gossipped about and have eyes rolled while I grab my lunch. Zero stars. I’ll be looking for the franchise number to email corporate.

I walked in at 10:58 and was blown away by not only the willingness but the preparedness to serve even so close to closing. I have been to other chipotles that either had nothing out or just flat out refused to serve me even thirty minutes before closing. This chipotle though was different they had intentionally left everything out just incase and it paid off I was super impressed!

Service was TERRIBLE! The lady rushed me through my order and a younger lady intervened rudely. She messed up my order and when I asked she was very rude! I’ll never understand why people work in fast food and dislike people! They were disgustingly rude to me.

Messed up my order and made a bowl so messy that it soaked through the bag and got all over my car seats on the drive home. Called a couple of times to get this addressed and was just flat out lied to and ignored. Just another example of these companies continuing to disconnect themselves from customer service and product quality and just delay and deny your ability to hold them accountable.

Walked in at 9:15 pm, had 12 people. All the workers were sitting and eating. Didn’t greet us or anything. One of the girls got up from eating and started laughing that we all showed up. She went to the back and the rest of the staff continued to sit and eat. We stood at the counter waiting and upon looking the line was disgusting. There was food everywhere and the meat and queso looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The lady that was laughing at us, came out from the back with a guy and she asked “where did y’all come from”? It seemed rude and condescending, especially since there was no greeting. Then they tell us there is no black beans and lettuce, which that is totally fine- but what made us officially leave was the fact the guy then tells us they didn’t get their truck in today and what food they have on the line is what they have and they can’t feed all of us. But yet 4 of your employees are sitting there eating… They acted like they didn’t want to serve us, were very rude, and should’ve and could’ve handled that way better. It was like they had every excuse as to not serve us. Rubbed us all the wrong way. Please clean your facility and educate your employees on how to engage with your customers.
