I was a regular customer, but I haven’t been to this branch in a while because of the terrible customer service and food. Every time I went, they were out of something or the guacamole was totally black and tasted awful. This time, though, I had no other choice and tried it again. Just look at the picture – they didn’t even have white rice, and the guacamole was old and smelled bad.

The older female staff member was very rude and unwelcoming. When I asked for a double scoop, she looked down at me and gave me the smallest scoops possible. Whenever I requested anything, she didn’t respond verbally and instead acted with a dismissive attitude.

Staff are very nice, place is decently clean, I headed there during lunchtime and maybe there’s usually a bunch of people during lunch hours, so my portion was smaller than expected. Nonetheless, decent meal.

I haven’t been to Chipotle in centuries, and it’s my first time here after living in Bellevue for so long. It was around 6:30 pm on a Sunday, and it was packed. There were maybe 15 people in line ahead of us, but the line moved fast.
I ordered the steak bowl with a tortilla on the side. Supposedly the tortilla should be free, but they charged 50 cents. It’s ok since the guy gave me another scoop of fajita vegetables when I asked him for more. You can ask for anything on the side, but I think it’s significantly less if it’s lettuce since the container is small and they usually give you tons of lettuce. If you don’t get rice, they will ask if you want a layer of lettuce at the bottom of your bowl and it looks like a different type of lettuce than the ones they put on top of your bowl in the end.
The steak bowl was $11.10, the tortilla was $0.5, my husband’s chicken bowl was $9.35, and we also got chips and salsa for $2.30. the total came out to be around $25, which is quite affordable for two.
The chips and salsa were fine, but I prefer qdoba’s. They give more there. The salsa was also pico de gallo, which wasn’t good for dipping lol. The bowls were delicious, and my husband couldn’t finish his since he also ate the chips and salsa. But I think it’s hard to mess up a burrito/bowl since all the ingredients are so flavorful.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to-
1. Bathrooms are just covered in pee. The trash can was overfilled and it seriously had to be the worst bathroom in Bellevue.
2. Pick up order was 5 minutes late and I was literally the only one waiting my order was simple sofritas tacos with only lettuce, chips and drink. I wouldn’t complain about it if the order was accurate.
3. Bag that was handed to me was light as a feather. No drink no chips? “Hey I had a drink and chips with this” show the gal the sticker receipt and she hands them over.
4. Get home open my tacos to them practically empty…. Not even close to the normal portion I get at the other chipotle less than a mile away

Cashier was very helpful helping me claim rewards. I had separately both free gac and chips in the app. Cashier quickly got the manager to get it to work. Gac and chips both tasted great!
Building is in a fun 2 floor with spiral-ish staircase layout.

Stopped by Chipotle right when it opened on Thursday. The place was clean, but it didn’t feel fully prepped for the day and staff seemed a bit rushed. My burrito bowl came out quickly, but it lacked the usual care in portioning and presentation. Still edible, but not their best showing.
