The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything from the drinks to the desserts is thoughtfully prepared and consistently excellent.
Highly recommend True Food Kitchen for a healthy, satisfying dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!
My wife and I split the Grass-Fed Burger, which was very delicious! She had a Simple Green Salad as a side while I had a side of fries with the Tuscan dust. Again, very delicious. Our niece had a pizza off the kids menu and it was cooked to a crisp. I love a good wood fired pizza but this was way over cooked.
The waitress was very nice, refilled water glasses often, and answered all questions we had.
The atmosphere was fine. Being plant lovers we enjoyed all the live plants inside, other than that it was fine.
Coming from regions where food quality is more common, this is a standout in Naples – and its positioning in a luxury shopping center is no mistake, but it’s very affordable for what it’s actually offering. Much worse food can be had for more money in many spots nearby.
You’ll see notes on farming practices, protein content, and vegan/gluten free option to accommodate any kind of dietary preference.
Really enjoyed everything from simple soups and guacamole to the mains. And had the food delivered as well just to cover all the bases. Obviously some dishes transport better than others so your mileage will vary there. Makes sense some users have a mixed experience, but when we dined we saw lots of takeaway being picked up by app drivers.
It’s not fine dining in terms of vibe and I wish the seats were a bit more comfortable, but this is fine dining quality food in a chill atmosphere. Enjoy! Parking is very plentiful in the main lots right outside.
About $30-40 per person can get you pretty full. More with drinks and such, but there are deals for coming before 6pm. Check menu photos for more notes on that.
I was eating alone, so I ate at the bar. Emma was working behind the bar and was extremely helpful with helping me ensure my gluten allergy was accommodated. Items are labeled gluten free and the kitchen did great at ensure there was no cross contact.
I would recommend making a reservation as it was extremely busy. Parking was quite full as well, so give yourself some cushion to find parking or walk.
I loved that even the dessert had gluten free options. This is a great place if you have Celiac Disease or need a strictly gluten-free meal.
It’s a bit on the pricy side, but not overpriced.
I informed the server, who initially replaced the meal, which I appreciated. But then she came back later and charged me for the second meal, saying it was my fault.
Look, I paid it—but in my opinion, it was clearly their responsibility to ensure condiments are safe to use. I felt misled and disrespected. What started as a small issue turned into a complete failure in customer service.
I’ll never eat here again. Lost a customer for life.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values their guests.
Terrible manager
Terrible company
This time I ordered a burger with fries. The burger itself was bland, with soggy onions and mushrooms, and just a single piece of lettuce thrown on top. The fries were mushy, some even with black, burnt spots (see pictures). The plate was very scratched and the food was simply dropped onto it without any care or decoration.
For the high prices they charge, this was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth it. It also seems that the restaurant has become much less busy than it used to be — and sadly, I can understand why.
At this point, I can no longer recommend True Food.
