I love this place. When you walk in it instantly feels like home. The smells are amazing. The staff is always so attentive and friendly. You can tell they all love their job. I have tried a bunch of items and they’re all good. The dessert is where it’s really at though. Definitely check it out and don’t skip the bakery next door on your way out.

When I first started dating a guy from Elk River, he wanted to take me to Olde Main for breakfast. Now six years later, we still enjoy popping in for brunch. I really love a family owned old school diner. Even when the place is packed on a Sunday the service is exceptional and the wait is truly never long. As you scan the room you will see the regulars, the out of towners, who were looking for food after a night out, and the locals, who are always repeat customers. The staff is so friendly and looks like everyone truly knows one another. Highly recommend you check out Olde Main if you are ever in the neighborhood.

My grandpa brought me to lunch here as we were looking for somewhere local and that also had breakfast!
It was mid week and there was a line to get in (which is great to see) but we sat down within 5 minutes.
The waitress and staff were all so friendly.
My grandfather ordered breakfast and I had a chicken sandwich and both were great, i think I’ve found my new spot for breakfast around elk river!
Id definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Unbelievably adorable and delicious. Gluten-free options galore! You gotta get the Gluten-free carrot cake! The Minnesota Wild Platter is amazing, too. Stop in with the whole family. You won’t regret it.

Maybe they were having a bad day the day that I was there, but my breakfast was very mediocre. I don’t consider scrambled eggs very good when they are folded up flat like a crêpe. The food was pretty mediocre. Very friendly staff, but I probably would not eat you again.

Great breakfast food in Elk River. If you go on a weekend you better go early, as seats fill up very very quickly. Reasonable prices and fantastic attentive service. Recommend if you’re in the area. Parking available out front or large parking lot in back. Kid friendly with highchairs available.
