Will it begin with they did not have my frappe, they said the machine was down I ordered two cheeseburgers with no ketchup which they did right. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickle unfortunately they put pickles on it. I also ordered two four piece chicken nuggets and I needed honey sauce and barbecue sauce. So the order was not fully correct

Don’t like doing this but food is never done right. My bagel 3 times in a row (different weeks) was burnt so black it was inedible, tasted and smelled like burnt toast! Then today the 4th time I got it the bagel was pale and soft almost completely uncooked/toasted ?? Oh and the one time I do complain about it they tell me they can’t fix it because breakfast is “already over”? LOL so I’m out of a 10$ meal 3x..?? Anytime I get lunch as well the burgers look like they were thrown on the floor and then slapped back together, fries are always cold & soft/unsalted EVERY TIME.

Took down a 5 star review to replace it with this because this place has gone majorly downhill. Placed a mobile order, navigated away from the code on the app accidentally, and apparently the order didn’t go through. I gave the man at the window (who was incredibly rude!) my phone to show him my order, the store it was placed at, and that it had taken my money. I had to pay AGAIN to get my food. Was not offered a refund, help, or anything. A separate employee at another window tried to send me away without my food. Just pure attitude like it was my fault that none of them know how to do their jobs. Just avoid the headache and go somewhere else.

Used to be a great location we would drive 30 minutes when the kids wanted it.. not so much anymore. The burgers are always old or burnt the nuggets old. Fries either cold from being old or cold from being fast cooked. I stopped getting double cheeseburgers since they patties were gross but the QPC was just disgusting. Stood at the counter to ask about a remake and was blatantly ignored. The restroom is gross. The hand dryer has been broken for months so after washing your hands either you wipe it on your jeans or reach for a sopping wet paper towel roll on the sink.

I can’t explain how bad this has affected me. I got sprite,fry’s,cheeseburger,crispy chicken tenders. I have been sick all day from this. The meat 1) tasted very very nasty 2) was wet and pink. I would love to know if this has happened to anyone else. I hate to be a bummer but do better.

Whatever you do. Do not ask for heavy sauce my sandwich looked as if it was fully submueged in ketchup. Nearly impossible to eat I would say thankfully for once I dined in at a McDonald’s so I could eat this ketchup monstrosity. But the floors were covered in trash clearly haven’t been cleaned in a while same with the bathrooms.

I placed a pickup order sunday (9/7/25) around 5:00 pm. They were super busy, but the staff did an amazing job!!! The food was perfect and the service was even better. I’m hoping management sees this review because the staff was truly working all together and getting it done, with a smile.

One of the few locations that never gives me any issues. Food is fresh. Staff is friendly. Everything is available even the ice cream machines.
