Being recently relocated to Richfield, we HAD to locate the local fast food places we used to frequent in our old locale, and Arby’s was no exception. Especially when you consider their curly fries, and since they brought back their potato cakes! I’ve had mixed results with this location, as with another fast food place, and it really takes me time to consider what to say. To be honest, nothing has been “that” bad, but in some cases, just not consistent. Usually ordering the same thing, you’d expect, consistent results, but a few times it hasn’t been. On at least one occasion we’ve had the following results doing at least once a month drive-thru orders; Ordering a French Dip and getting home to find no au ju (kinda defeats the purpose of ordering a french dip sandwich, really). Another issue is sometimes, what I call, “hogging” the sauces. Ordering frequently what is your bread & butter, Roast Beef sandwiches, usually come without any sauce, and I prefer the Horsey Sauce over the Arby’s Sauce, when I ask for a handful of horsey sauce, only to come home and either find no sauce at all, or a few horsey sauces, and in some cases, only the Arby’s sauce (bummer!). Most of the time, orders are exact, and the food, at minimum, warm. In the case of curly fries and potato cakes, sometimes scalding, which is nice, they’re worth the cooling down time, and it makes them last longer during the drive home. I have had occasion to wait in the parking lot after ordering, or the usual “pull”, but the food has come out hot no matter how long the wait. Wait times have never been too extreme, at the most maybe ten minutes, and still, the food was hot. I love your food, and even though some of the issues could be considered “rants”, I don’t think its enough to not return. Just don’t lose the potato cakes again, or the curly fries (those are deal breakers, lol).

I think the Arby’s classic Roast beef sandwich is the best fast food Roast beef sandwich around. But as for atmosphere, it’s a fast food restaurant what do you expect.

Terrible customer service. The girl who helped us never even smiled, and I felt like we were putting her out to even place an order. They’re very skimpy on their sauces too.
The food was fresh and good, so there’s no problem there. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained. Prices are reasonable for being off of a highway.

Only one person for drive thru, and only one person at the front, with a couple of employees cooking in the back, and this Arby’s is doing a good job of moving people (and cars) along. A sign at the cash register asks patrons to be patient due to small staff, and another sign urges folks to apply for employment.
Kristina was hustling, and when she took care of us, she was sweet and efficient. She even gave us the senior discount, which we forgot to request. Our Classic Meal and Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich came out quicker than expected. Husband was disappointed that they ran out of Arby’s sauce for his sandwich. I was pleased with mine. Looked and tasted great. Husband said his sandwich was dry, and it was okay.
I was tempted to give four stars, for lack of Arby’s sauce, but everything else was 5 stars.

We were met with an eye roll upon walking in. The guy taking our order was very rude and was upset we interrupted his phone time. Food came out quick and hot but the customer service was horrible

I dropped by Arby’s in Richfield on a snowy Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all smiles, creating a welcoming atmosphere that was much appreciated after a long day on the road. It’s not often you find such friendly service, especially late in the evening.
The highlight of the meal was the Premium Nuggets – flavorful and cooked just right. Also, the wide selection of fountain drinks was a nice touch. It’s these little things that make a meal memorable.
Overall, a great experience. It’s refreshing to see a team that puts in the effort to make your visit enjoyable. Will stop by again on my travels. Hats off to the Arby’s team in Richfield!

If I could give zero stars I would. Another completely disappointing Arby’s experience. This one was bad enough that I won’t ever go back. We live in town and rarely try to get decent food there, but had to try the new rib sandwich. First: lg. chocolate shake, med jamocha shake. Got that wrong. Switched them. Med potato cake. Damn near black: inedible. Curly fries….wth is in there with them? The rib sandwich is okay. Dry from being out in portion cups, but, sort of edible. Oh, I forgot the mozzarella sticks. Dark and so overcooked that the cheese is hard. I worked at Arbys elsewhere for nearly a decade and would have been embarrassed to serve any piece of what I just paid $25 for. If you are traveling through, go anywhere else.
