$10.49 for the new Chibata dipper, half sandwich. VERY skimpy on the meat. As with most items at Panera, portions are small. Taste was very good but not worth the money.
Wife got a salad which was good size but the dressing couldn’t have been more than 2 or 3 tablespoons. There were 2 containers but neither were even half full. When she asked for 1 more, they wanted to charge her $1.25.
Was very disappointed overall. I realize everything costs more but I’d rather pay a little extra for a decent portion. Maybe this was just a quirk but won’t order this again

Usually a decent experience but this time I ordered to go and they missed 1 whole sandwich and the other 1 was thrown together. Obviously they’re certain workers with a lack of pride. Picture shows exactly how i recieved it with the tomatoes on the side and skimpy on the chicken

Dear employees: do not assume that because someone doesn’t tip you online they are just not tipping you at all; I gave a $5 tip for a $14 order and really all I got in return was a rude staff and a not so good sandwich. Not only was the Staff rude, the sandwich had only one slice of red onion on it. After this experience with the staff, and the change to their bread process, you can taste the freezer burn, I think I will be eating elsewhere from now on. Also, it is common courtesy to say thank you when someone gives you a tip and also tells you to have a nice day.

It was my first time here. Very clean and nice. Very easy to order. There are kiosks to place your order, or you can place your order with the staff. Very friendly gentlemen that helped us. He explained what was in a sandwich I asked about. I ultimately ordered the chicken Chipotle sandwich. VERY good. Pumpkin soup was very delicious, too. It only took about five minutes for our order. My husband had the chicken noodle soup and the Italiano sandwich. He said it was very good. We will definitely be back!! Thank you, staff, for a clean restaurant and a friendly atmosphere. I love the fireplace. ♥️❄️☃️

I haven’t been to a Panera in ages, and today made me question myself as to why. Running around for work errands I needed something quick and simple.
I ordered ahead online for pickup in the drive thru. The ordering was simple, the service was fast and friendly, and the sausage egg and cheese cibatta was on point!!
Today’s my birthday and I was already in a good mood, but this stop made my day even better!!!

So this will have been the second time I’ve been to this location on Westnedge and both times I’ve done an online order. Well I’ll get to the store and they’ll tell me they don’t have the bread I ordered to be picked up, despite having gotten notifications that the order was ready. To make matters worse, the first time I was refused a refund and had to pick from one of two different breads available, neither of which I wanted. This felt like I was being offered the last dregs from the bottom of the barrel. The second time I was given a refund.
I don’t understand why the app doesn’t match the inventory in the store. And even if that is a difficult thing to do, it is not hard to see that what someone ordered isn’t there and then you CONTACT that person before they have to trek to the store.
To make matters worse, the wait times are astronomical, maybe I should have gone into the store but it is what it is. The point is, the store traps you in the line because of the absolutely STUPID concrete landscaping barrier to the right of the line. So if your order was incomplete, you can’t even leave until you get to the end. So an already long 20 minute wait just turned into nearly an hour in line because you can’t go anywhere.
Awful, I’ll never come here again.

They’re pretty quick at getting out food, but the employees are just not very friendly in general and don’t really acknowledge you when you come in for a pick up order. They kind of act like they’re too busy to help you.

David was great at Panera! He checked in on us, made sure our food was good, and was very kind. The food was really good as well, it seems like the portions have improved. Overall, a really nice experience.
