Ordered my food thru the drive thru get home some of the fries are cold the drink is supposed to be Hi C orange but instead it colored water. I tried to call the number but the phone is transferred to another number. This location really need to do better. This is not the first time they have messed up my order either.

I like this location. It’s always kept clean inside the restaurant so are the bathrooms.
That is always important, clean bathrooms!
The ice cream machine works too. Staff is usually friendly, I never had a problem. The only major issue is forgetting sauces on uber eats orders. But other then that, folks who work here are kind. The food is good, but I do miss my egg white breakfast sandwiches.
Btw, I read some of these reviews and they make me kind of sad. This is something I learned if you are kind first, kindness will return to you. I work retail and I always do my best to be kind to my customers that way kindness will be returned to me no matter where I am.
My advice for everyone out there be kind, and be patient. Try to be understanding if it’s super busy and I get mad. Just say no I understand it’s busy but if they forgot your juice or something just say with kind words, excuse me ma’am or sir, but you forgot my orange juice or coffee.

Paid for a double quarter pounder. Got a single. Only thing correct about my order was the fries (drink wrong size). Couldn’t go back as for I was on lunch, so unfortunately have to deal with it. Do better.

This McDonald’s is pretty decent for the most part. But I had two orders of chicken mcnuggets , they asked me what sauce I wanted for each one and I told them , and when I get home , there’s no sauce in my bag. I know these employees don’t get paid very much. But how hard it is to just read what’s on the screen and put that sauce in the bag? And also, why do I have to ask for ketchup every time?

Placed an mobile order for curbside pickup well in advance. Got to the curbside and input the number. Waited for 15min still no foods. I saw people walk in order 5min after i parked there and still got the food and left while i am still waiting for my order. What the point to order in adamant when you can get the food faster just by walk in order.

Pulled in to this Mickey d’s and ordered my breakfast on my phone app. Pulled into the drive thru and got my order right away fresh and hot. Also used there Wi-Fi for free. McGriddles are awesome. Recommended

Paid for my order but was refused my food because it was marked for counter pickup. The drive-thru was empty the whole place was empty, yet staff wouldn’t hand it to me even after I KINDLY explained I couldn’t leave my dog alone in the car. I left without receiving my order. Very poor customer service.

This McDonald’s location has improved drastically for the better since my last review, which was about 1 year ago. The General Manager has hired several High School students who speak good English and have a good work ethic.
On the top of that list is Miranda. She is such a hard worker, yet she is always smiling. When the Dining Room is slow, she will not hesitate to clean the tables or mop the floor. She NEVER complains. And she is always smiling. I walked into the dining area, didn’t see here so I thought she was not on the work schedule. Then I see her coming out of the women’s restroom with a mop & bucket and she is still smiling. At this point, I gave her the nickname “Smiley.”
But she is NOT the only excellent worker. Shout-out to Nova, Stephanie, David, Barbara, Mercedes, and once in a Blue Moon…Miguel.
The Assistant Managers that stand out are Lulu, Perla, & Rocio.
Very good job & acknowledgment of improvement for the past year is the General Manager Aaron Salinas.
And remember this is a fast food establishment…they will occasionally make mistakes. You come inside to make your order, but there is no employee at the Register. Or you make your order, receive your bag of food, but maybe they left a food item out. Or you’re really craving an ice cream cone only to discover that the machine is out of service.
If the above mentioned mishaps have never occurred to you, then God Bless you. But sooner or later…it will.
