Fast service!
We were driving by and saw the 10 tenders for $12.99 and decided we had to grab some. This was my first time getting Church’s Chicken. The drive through was fast and the chicken tasted great when we got home and dug in.

I placed an order online and picked up my food. When I got home and unsealed the bag, I found out that something I ordered and paid for wasn’t in the bag. I tried calling but their voicemail was full, so I drove all the way back to the restaurant. After standing in line watching them frantically making someone’s order they thought was missed, only to find out it had already been made and was in the warmer, it was my turn. When I explained that I didn’t get something I paid for, the employee informed me that they don’t even carry that item at that location and when I asked for my money back he said they couldn’t give me my money back, and that I would have to go through the app. So I wasted my time and gas driving all the way back to get the item when they could have just told me when I picked the food up the first time that they didn’t carry that and I would have to go through the app. The food that I did get was so greasy and tasted like the oil was old. It was disgusting, and I ended up throwing it away. The staff is very unfriendly with zero customer service skills. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said there wasn’t one. When I asked for the corporate number, he said he didn’t know it and didn’t have one. Save your money, time, and aggravation and don’t go to this location or find a completely different chicken restaurant.

Most of the fast food restaurants in the area are pretty horrible. This restaurant is by far one of the best. Great friendly service, order was ready fast, correct and nice and fresh. I personally will start supporting this location much more

This nasty location is open and the whole city on a boil order. They’re using contaminated waterbto make food and clean dish. Without properly boiling water first. As well as no one has washed there hands or wearing gloves. One worker touch the trash can with cooking utensils and still use it to cook food. Even after I said you touched the trash with that utensil. She looked at me and kept kept cooking.

Ordered an 8 piece, cole slaw, and fried okra. The chicken was too crunchy and dry, obviously old. As well as the okra was old and dry. The Cole slaw was wilted and soggy, obviously old. The chicken reminded me of the turkey on the movie Christmas Vacation. Doesn’t take much to make food fresh. Sorry.

Went around 4pm today, my chicken strips were COLD and tasted like they were a day old. Our mac n cheese was mush and tasted like they re-heated it and added water it was so old and mushy it looked like mashed potatoes. I’m very disappointed I wasted my money on nasty re-heated food. I would’ve gone back up there but they ofcourse didn’t answer the phone and I already drove all the way back home.
