The ramen is excellent — flavorful yet delicate, with a broth that feels light and balanced rather than heavy. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the toppings are fresh, thoughtfully chosen, and beautifully arranged. It’s the kind of bowl you finish slowly, savoring every element.
The sushi is equally impressive, prepared with care and a precise hand. The fish is fresh, tender, and elegantly cut, with rice that holds together without being compact or sticky. Each bite feels harmonious, clean, and true to Japanese tradition.
The atmosphere of the restaurant matches the food: refined, calm, and slightly upscale, making it perfect for a relaxed but elegant meal.
If there is one thing to note, it is that the prices are a bit high, but given the quality, craftsmanship, and experience offered, it still feels justified.
Overall, Kisaki is excellence in both taste and refinement.
A superb experience!
A special shout-out to our server, Allen, who was super nice and made the experience even better. He was attentive, friendly, and we had some really fun conversations throughout the meal.
That said, there was an incident where another tourist’s dish got swapped between different tables during service. The staff said they would take the food back and swap it, but I’m not sure if it was actually corrected.
I also heard from another table that there was an issue with the bill, so I’d suggest double-checking your receipt when paying.
Overall, the food was tasty, so I’d still recommend it!
