This Leo’s is outstanding. They serve the best special selections with both Mediterranean and American twists. We had a Gallaba plate and a Smashed Burger. The Gallaba was a unique combination of stir fry beef, vegetables on hummus and pita. The creamy garlic and sour flavors of the hummus contrast nicely with the stir-fry to create an irresistible mixture to dip your pita bread in. The smashed burger was also delicious, packed with flavors of the charred patties and the zip sauce! Every dining experience here has been really good and I always enjoy very much their special offers. If you want to find a great Coney Island that offers both the familiar and bolder dishes! This is it.

We stopped in about 45 minutes before close to grab a quick bite to eat. Despite being in the middle of cleaning up for the night, everyone was very kind and the food was made quickly, tasted great, and was fresh.
Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

I ordered online for pick-up. The price for the food was affordable. Overall the foods are 7/10. I ordered sweet potato fries and mac&cheese.
The mac&cheese was OK for me. It arrived slightly looking soupy than most mac&cheese I’ve ever seen. Not bad but probably will not buy it again.

Don’t be fooled by the name. This place is horrible dirty disgusting everything’s up charge. If you don’t order the large soda, you don’t get any refills if you want an all beef hotdog, which is kosher you have to pay for that. It is not a hotdog restaurant at all being from Chicago and I’ve been to New York many times. This is not even close. Do not recommend anyone coming here ever. Please see pictures attached.

Negative stars if I could…Garbage customer service!
Placed a pick up order on Leo’s website last night. When my husband got home we realized they had not included my kid’s food. I called to ask for a refund and Whitney (the name the girl on the phone gave me) admitted they forgot the food and told me I had to do the refund myself online. This is not a thing. I didn’t order from a 3rd party app. I ordered directly from their website. Whitney told me she would talk to her manager and call me back. She called me back, said they had no way to refund my money and to call back tomorrow to talk to the manager. Whitney’s exact words, “call back tomorrow, your ticket is taped to the wall.” I tried to to call today and my phone number has been blocked and their voice mailbox is full. I know they blocked my number because it goes straight to voicemail. My husband just called from his number and got through. I could overlook the missed items but refusing to give me a refund and then blocking my number is trash customer service.
Response to business: “No ability to block a number.” I call (multiple times), it goes straight to voicemail but two seconds later when my husband calls it rings AND you pick up? Just a coincidence I guess. When my husband called you again said there was absolutely no ability to help and to contact “corporate” but couldn’t give any info about how to actually contact the them. And you have zero ability to give a refund? I signed up for an account with Leo’s ordering platform, Olo, and submitted a request for a refund through them as you told us to do and they replied that they do not issue refunds and to contact the store. I cannot stress enough, this store has the WORST customer service!

Jenn was our server this past weekend, what an amazing person. Very thoughtful and had no problems walking us through our menu thoughts. The food was great and was made perfectly. We visit the coney all the time and we have never of had a bad experience.

Came in from downriver yo have a creek salad and chicken noodle soup. The soup broth was the only i had. After bringing my Greek salad to the table I noticed mold on the tomato. I sent it back for them to bring it back a few sorry minutes with the same tomato with the mold cut off the top, cut in half and reserved to me. Only this time no dressing. I brought it to the attention of 2 workers for them to shrub it off. Im not the Co, but you’re the server. Common sense goes a long way. Your manager here is no better. Pick up the tomatoe to act concern. Then your waiter comes to my table to again justify his stupidity on being a server and wanted to argue. I sent him walking… DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO EAT HERE!!!!

Today we got told to leave because we were drinking Biggby coffee and “no outside food or drinks” are allowed. We offered to pour the drinks into their unmarked containers so they could remove the offensive branding. We were told that wasn’t the problem but that we either had to dispose of our expensive coffee or leave. We left.
This was the last straw after over 7 years of patronage. We ate here daily for months when we were remodeling our home (less than two miles away). Prices are hugh, food is mediocre, the bathrooms are gross and they clearly don’t care about being flexible with their weird rules.
And don’t order their chicken wings – they are tiny and not worth the money! Mike’s Coney Island is less expensive, an Ann Arbor staple and has no silly rules. We went there and enjoyed an inexpensive, quality meal with our coffee.
