Another review mentioned how good the Chile Rellenos was, so I knew we had to give this place a try. Can confirm that it is excellent. It’s my wife’s favorite and she judges that one critically.
I had the Sante Fe Chicken and found it to have good flavor. The chicken wasn’t super juicy, but also wasn’t dry, so it worked well with the seasoning.
Atmosphere was pretty quiet, even as the place filled up more while we were there. It was easy to have a conversation without having to shout at each other. Definitely appreciated the setting.
I give it a strong recommendation if you are in Hot Springs.

I got the small Denver nachos with no sour cream, and the Italian Rita. I absolutely loved the experience here, probably because I came on a Thursday at 2 pm, but still. The Denver nachos filled me up and were delicious! I even had a little left over, however if your extremely I would go for the large. The presentation for the nachos was unexpected but was still exceptional in placement. If you think you can order one margarita and be fine to drive afterward, this place is not for you. Their margarita was STRONG but i absolutely loved it and finished it. After the margarita I felt more than a buzz so I would keep that I mind. The salsa is not too spicy but not too mild, it was so good I had to stop eating to make room for my meal. My waitress was exceptional as well. Sometimes you can feel as though a waitress is trying to rush you out, but not mine. Her name was started with D, but I can’t quite remember. But overall, I will be coming back!

Brought a group of high school students here for early supper around 4pm on a Thursday. We had slight difficulty finding the place, had to park around the corner and walk back, but it was a pleasant walk. The place was not busy at that time of day. They accommodated our group beautifully. Service was great and the food was delicious. Prices are good, comparable to other places of the same style. Would definitely recommend Colorado Grill!

First time going to Colorado Grill. We both love Tex Mex and enjoyed our meal with excellent service. The restaurant is big and very clean. However we had a hard time finding it and drove around the block twice, but now we know. I would have given it 5 stars, but I thought it was crazy to charge an extra .99 for the few chopped onions on my enchiladas.

Fast service, awesome food! I get a smothered chicken burrito in every Mexican restaurant I go to, so comparison is easy. This was definitely near the top. Also, each individual receives their own bowl of salsa with the chips that come out pre-meal.

Stopped in for a light supper before going to an event later. We both got the soup and taco combo. We both chose the Aztec soup. It said spicy broth but it wasn’t spicy so much as just flavorful. There was a lot of chicken! The veggies were crisp. The taco was a soft taco and we could choose between chicken or steak. Not a lot of meat but again there were crispy veggies. The cocktails looked good but we had to pass, sadly. Will definitely get one next time .

The restaurant was nice on the inside. I wasn’t a big fan of their salsa but the food was pretty amazing. I ordered the Bronco Burrito and really liked it. The service was pretty good and we had a minimal wait for food for a table of 8 people. There was no wait to get in the restaurant. Definitely worth stopping by in you’re in the downtown area and want to eat off the main strip!

Steak Fajitas …

Special thanks to Jose at Colorado Grill in Hot Springs, Arkansas for making our dining experience truly exceptional. My brother and I had the pleasure of indulging in the mouthwatering Steak Fajitas, and we were blown away by the tantalizing flavors and impeccable service.

From the moment we stepped into Colorado Grill, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance. The restaurant exuded a rustic charm, creating a welcoming atmosphere that set the stage for a delightful meal. As we settled into our seats, Jose approached our table with a genuine enthusiasm that made us feel like honored guests.

When it came time to order, we couldn’t resist the temptation of trying the Steak Fajitas, a dish that came highly recommended. And boy, were we glad we did! The sizzling platter of marinated steak arrived at our table, accompanied by a colorful array of sautéed peppers and onions. The aroma alone was enough to make our taste buds tingle with anticipation.

As we dug into the tender and perfectly cooked steak, we were treated to an explosion of flavors. The marinade had infused the meat with a delightful combination of spices, creating a harmonious balance that was both savory and tangy. The peppers and onions added a vibrant crunch and a hint of sweetness, complementing the steak beautifully. The portion size was generous, ensuring that we left the table fully satisfied.

What truly elevated our dining experience, however, was Jose’s impeccable service. He anticipated our needs with finesse, ensuring our drinks were always refilled and our plates were cleared promptly. His friendly demeanor and attentive nature made us feel valued as customers, and we appreciated his genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.

Colorado Grill exceeded our expectations in every way, and the Steak Fajitas were undoubtedly the highlight of our meal. The combination of succulent steak, perfectly cooked vegetables, and the excellent service provided by Jose made for an unforgettable dining experience. We left the restaurant with satisfied appetites and smiles on our faces, eager to return for more culinary delights.

If you find yourself in Hot Springs, Arkansas, make sure to pay a visit to Colorado Grill and indulge in their incredible Steak Fajitas. With their delectable flavors and exceptional service, it’s an experience you won’t want to miss.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Two words: SKILLET POTATOES! Omggggg this side is phenomenal. It’s like roasted sliced potatoes, onions and mushrooms and the flavor is so smokey and savory, I have to get this no matter what I’m having here. The atmosphere is fun, there’s so many levels to this place you probably won’t sit in the same area twice if you come around more than once. Which trust me, you will want to. All the food is really flavorful and it’s not your average Tex mex. The Aztec soup is kinda like a tortilla soup but a thousand times better and tastes like grandma made it with love and then smothered that love with melty queso. The grilled chicken is real, shredded chicken, not that weird squiggly curly Q meat you get at a lot of Tex mex places. Trust me, if you like Tex mex but are over the basic white queso on everything, bland salsa, and weird meat, COME HERE! There’s so much flavor even the chips taste better here.
